Service was the slowest our group had ever witnessed in a fast food establishment. Clearly, no manager was on duty the day we visited for lunch, 3/8/26.
It might’ve been forgivable if it were exceptionally busy but, they have no drive-through and essentially have an extra employee to help out since the cashier’s job is handled almost entirely by unmanned kiosks.
This location would seem to be a high profile spot for McDonald’s. Some boot camp style remedial training for their supervisors and managers would appear to be in order.

Interesting concept compared to a normal store. I think they had a curbside pick-up from the looks of things. First McDonald’s that I had seen that had bill acceptors for the self-order kiosk.

For being McDonald’s, it was actually pretty good. The staff had no attitude, no eye rolls, and didn’t act annoyed when I asked for ketchup or napkins. Service was smooth, polite, and way better than expected. The food was what it is, but the experience was surprisingly pleasant.

The food is decent – typical McDonald’s style that you would get anywhere. Likes their iced coffee and the chicken burger. Service is a little slow and sloppy. Went there twice and both times, the place wasn’t very clean and the bathrooms were filthy and there was no toilet paper.

I’ve ordered 20 nuggets and large fires. After waiting 18 mins they got my order… chips were missing and sauces, there was only 1 person in the building afront of me. Staff was running around and talking to each other instead of working… when I told them my stuff was missing they didn’t even apologise and gave me old stale fries !! Very unprofessional staff and they should work there !! Do better do better , AVOID THIS PLACE !! Burned and old nuggets also

I ordered an extra French Fry, and I only got one in my meal. I spent 10mn at the counter explaining that my order was missing an item. They where not happy, didn’t trust me, and after 10mn, they asked to see the packages, and the ticket order on the side was clearly mentioning extra fry. Only then they gave me my item.

There can’t be a worse McDonald’s than this one; the people here don’t smile. They’re unhelpful. I’ve been here several times, but today was the last straw. I always stand at the register to take my order because I simply don’t like the self-checkout machine since I don’t want to enter any of my information. Today they told me they couldn’t take my order because they were too busy . Every time they serve me, they take less than a minute to take my order, but today they decided not to offer me that service. Luckily, Taco Bell is right next door. Thank you.

I’m in FL for my vacation and visited this McDonalds on Washington. I did table service order and was waiting 40 minutes for my order. When I saw the man who came 25 minutes later than me I decided to go to the frond fest and ask about my order. And you know what? It was cooling down on the shelve. On my question:

Staff is disorganized and inconsiderate. Everyone only speaks in Spanish and their body language is not welcoming. Counter check out takes forever and items they sell are purposely put out of order in order to up-sell you larger size. Restaurant is not very clean and staff gathers behind the counter but not doing much. Manager lady wasnt in the good mood and she was visibly showing it. I would not recommend this place.
