Despite all the laughing and joking behind the register, they had signs up telling people to use the kiosk. For personal reasons I still ordered at the register, where the boy behind the register told me that in order to buy a bacon cheeseburger I would have needed to buy a regular cheeseburger and pay extra for bacon. I proceeded and also got a Mc crispy chicken sandwich meal. I finished everything but the chicken sandwich because it tasted funny, upon further inspection, the sandwich was raw in a very middle. I took two bites before noticing, so I spit the second bite out back into the bag and brought the rest of it to show them. They decided that the appropriate thing to do was to make a whole bunch of fat jokes about how I ate the entire sandwich and parade it on about it, getting the attention of the entire restaurant, saying that there was nothing left to check. I took the bag back and showed the customer standing next to me who confirmed that I gave them what I said I gave them in case you need to check the cameras, please check the cameras because if I catch salmonella or anything I will be filing a huge lawsuit, and I will have them pull camera footage. I honestly didn’t even want a refund at first, I was just trying to let them know because I also work in the food industry and could understand a mishap. I demanded one because of how they handled it was very rude and disrespectful, this little underage female was walking around talking trash as if I wasn’t standing right there, as loud as she could be, people giving me stink looks and stuff when the evidence was clear as day right there. This McDonald’s is in the middle of a college campus and as a student I went there every time I was on campus, now I feel like I can’t even go back. I promise if I get as much as a stomach ache, I’m getting lawyers

We ordered food and paid at the machine, we waited for almost half an hour, and they didn’t bring us everything we ordered, and they were still angry because we had a complaint because they don’t do their job and bring us everything we paid for. It’s also very messy, bills all over the floor, homeless people come in dirty and sleep on chairs, the horror!

This evening, a strange cleaning lady (Barbara), who was sitting in the middle of the restaurant and closed half of tables at 10pm, start screaming on us that we can’t sit at the available table near this closed zone. It was around 10:20 when we left because all the staff start telling that we should sit at the table with the chair on it! They didn’t even try to take the chair off the table! This is unacceptable. Awful service. Only the manager tried to be nice. Those people didn’t even try to work, just laughing instead of making orders. They closed the half of place at 10,butthis location closing at 11pm and there were no available tables to sit in the open zone! Horrible

Manager has no idea what she’s doing, I got scammed here. Made a mobile order and came to pick it up everyone’s standing around not doing anything and they say they have no order for me, I showed them where I got charged and everything and they won’t help and make me pay again wanting me to have to call my credit card and dispute it instead of easily taking care of the problem here. I am so annoyed right now. I went to treat myself to McDonald’s on this happy Friday morning & when I got home to enjoy my sausage biscuit I opened the bag so exited for breakfast after a long week only to find a hash brown & an egg McMuffin for my friend. And yes, I verified that I was grabbing the correct order at the pick up station. Next time I’ll double check the bag, should there be a next time. However, it shouldn’t be my responsibility to check the order before leaving the building. Sad day.
