On February 20th at approximately 1:43 AM, I arrived at the drive-thru to pick up a DoorDash order. The employee working the drive-thru window during the overnight shift (wearing braids) displayed an unprofessional and dismissive attitude without any clear reason.
The customer ahead of me also expressed frustration and mentioned escalating the issue due to the same behavior, so this did not appear to be an isolated interaction.
I understand late-night shifts can be challenging, especially in food service. However, professionalism and basic courtesy are still expected. The tone and demeanor presented were inappropriate and made what should have been a routine pickup unnecessarily uncomfortable.
In today’s job climate, many individuals would value the opportunity to work in an establishment like this and represent it well. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that staff members are held to appropriate customer service standards.
Due to the nature of this experience, I will also be escalating this matter to higher levels of management within McDonald’s to ensure it is properly reviewed.

morning time, temperature inside Mc Donald location it’s extremely cold which is not healthy for clients at all .
I requested to speak to the manager politely and friendly and suddenly she is busy on a phone call.. I wait but my request never took place.
I am very disappointed about the leadership of this Mc Donald location.. please someone do something to make it better for the clients.

The second time I have a problem with McDonald’s is my Quarter Pounder not having ketchup or Mayo I requested in my order, and the first time when my car was overheating, I got out of the drive thru line just to park it and let it cool down. But as I walked in, they started arguing with me when I’m yelling them that I had to leave the drive thru line just to let the car cool off. Horrible staff too. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND GOING THERE!!!

Tamala, one of the managers at this location, consistently demonstrates extremely unprofessional behavior. She is dismissive, interrupts customers, and does not allow people to speak. Her treatment of employees is equally concerning and reflects poor leadership. As a customer you should not hear a manager cussing at an employee.This behavior results in unacceptable customer service, and corporate management should address this issue immediately.

I have to park my car and wait every time I order a product that contains chicken in the morning! This morning I had to park my car and wait 5mins for my order. I went inside and asked the manager if I could get a syrup for the inconvenience and with a snobby attitude she told me no. Out of all the times I’ve had to wait, this is the only time I asked for something in return. Disappointing. I just got a refund for the food. It’s literally just so silly that you’d rather someone get a refund of $10 just because you didn’t want to give them a condiment worth 70 cents AFTER INCONVENIENCING THEM FOR THE 100th TIME?!!!

Food was ok my concerns was the girl that doing my burger was scratching her head every 3 seconds with the glove on and after scratching her head she put her hand on the burger, also the phone was on the side for her touch when she waiting for next order , don’t think this is hygienic , just saying, take my order and don’t complain for avoiding problems. This location needs to something about the high school students allowed in the afternoons. IT WAS INSANITY in there, insanely LOUD, there must have been 30 or so students inside being loud, obnoxious treating it like a public hang out with complete disregard to the people there to eat, there was a fight outside with the kids loudly celebrating from inside it was just completely unpleasant to those who are paying to eat and sit inside to enjoy their meal. Other locations have limited or plainly not allow students inside for this reason and this location should do the same.

Terrible customer service the manager at this location cuts you off and is very rude for no reason. Everyone else is fine but the manager is a problem. And I didn’t even get my food because of her.
