Came in and got 6 cheeseburgers without pickles or onions or mustard. Keep in mind I have a pickle allergies and one pickle could have me in the hospital. I added two burgers and fries and ketchup to make one big sandwich but when I bit into it I immediately spit it out after tasting all the mustard on it. I checked and was shocked to see I was one bite away from pickles that were added in. Had to throw out my whole sandwich and fries in it. I told the manager and that I am deadly allergic to pickles but she didn’t even blink, just told an employee to make another. No apology or anything. I completely lost my appetite and already didn’t want to come to McDonald’s since it’s always disappointing but I had no choice since I’m not the one driving rn. But definitely avoiding McDonalds for the foreseeable future. Allergies are a serious thing and this isn’t the first time. I actually accidentally ate a pickle from a burger from McDonald’s yesterday as well from another location after asking for no pickles.

Food was cold and nowhere near fresh I spent $20 for a tv dinner. Matter of fact the tv dinner would’ve been better y’all need to shut that store down or do a make over!

I was put on hold in one of the drive-thru lanes while they took 4 people in the other lane then when I got my big Mac meals the one big Mac was missing one of the hamburger and the fries had so much salt on them they dried out my mouth with one frie then to top it all off they didn’t give me any straws or a receipt and when I called mcdonald’s and complained they had the manager from this location call me and all they offered me was another big Mac meal and I don’t know if I will ever go to mcdonald’s again

I visited this place as I was getting on the turnpike this morning and I have never been to a McDonald’s where somebody has been so pleasant and helpful than at this McDonald’s. The employee told me that they have been with McDonald’s for 13 years and thanked me when I said thank you for your great customer service. She took the time to make sure that I had the best price for the order I was getting when talking to the manager at the next window. He too was very pleasant and all of the team members seem to be in a good mood and wanting to be there at their job. This is a rarity with McDonald’s. It feels these days. Well done McDonald’s team.

The manger on staff: DISRESPECTFUL. CURSED AT ME WHEN SHE REFUSED TO LOOK AT MY RECEIPTS TO SEE WE WERE MISSING SANDWICHES. HOW DO YOU GIVE TWO BAGS OF ICE BEFORE SERVING THE FIRST ORDER?????
I EVEN ASKED FOR IT TO BE GIVEN AFTERWARDS.

My experience at the McDonald’s was extremely unprofessional I am very disappointed with the way the manager ms Jannet treated me. (1490 nw 31st ave pompano beach fl, 33069)I ordered a Mc chicken small and a small sprite at 520 pm fresh from the grease and stated that I would wait. I stood away and watch to see if any one would drop fresh mc chicken and nobody did . I advise ms jennet of the incident and she told me that they did. I told her that it was not true because I stood there and watch no one do so. She became upset and told me that I can take the old mc chicken and that she is not dropping and fresh. I kept telling her if it’s not fresh I do not want it. She continued to be up set and told me it is what it is. I ask her how profession was that and requested my money back. You don’t treat people like that . I would never go bk there and it should be very much of an embarrassment for the company. So should be done about this situation not a way I’d think I would have to spend my time on my lunch break.
