This location needs new management and people that actually want to work. My experience today was the worst out of all the bad times I have had at this location. When you walk in and go to the counter, no one actually acknowledges you, smiles, or even a hey I’ll be right with you! Noting!! They give you a not so welcoming eye contact for a sec and keep going! They didn’t acknowledge another customer that was there either, but they sure did acknowledge the manager’s (only lady I. A bright blue shirt) boyfriend when he walked in! They all said he is your man! He walked to the counter and they acknowledge him and when he was asking for her. They all said he calling you, which she came and he said something in her ear. Two minutes later a burger was provided to him. I wouldn’t have left this comment, but in the mist of all this unprofessionalism, they messed up on my simple order! Not sure what type of degree you need to follow steps that are placed in front of you on what to add or don’t add on a burger. It doesn’t seem like you need a rocket scientist to build a burger to a customers request. As you can see, even though I asked for no onions or Mac sauce as in allergic and guess what, they added it anyways! Following directions should be common sense when working anywhere!!

Literally the only reason I gave a 2 star for service is because when I go in person the service is generally great. My boyfriend ordered Uber and the food came basically cold barley even luke warm. And didnt even taste fresh. We dont have the energy to go get a refund in person because we are now sick from the food. Within 5-10 minutes after we threw up and the only thing we can do now is leave a shitty review yall aint gonna read.

1/21/26 horrible customer service by management. Order made through app condiments ordered Black female assistant manager/manager on refused to accommodate. Then proceeded to speak to me in unprofessional manner in front of other customers and employees and walked away. I did not expect this nor was it warranted. I did not engage her negative attitude towards me.
This location has a habit of speaking and talking to their employees disrespectfully. This occasion the Caucasian in a red shirt/management told a male employee to “take a Percocet or Advil if he was not feeling well”. I have reported this incident and hopefully corporate takes action. It is more than being unprofessional to a paying customer but the disrespectfully talk to employees with customers in ear shot is unforgivable. McDonald’s you have to do better. The world is challenging enough without you putting people in a leadership position that don’t even show common courtesy to their employees much less paying customers.

I will not be returning to this McDonald’s location after a very disturbing experience today.
I ordered a Filet-O-Fish and, after biting into the sandwich, discovered a hair in my food. I had to physically pull the hair out of my mouth, which was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable.
What made the situation worse was observing that no one in the food preparation area appeared to be wearing hairnets or proper hair restraints. Employees were walking around with uncovered hair, which raises serious concerns about food safety and cleanliness.
Finding hair in prepared food is a basic hygiene failure. This experience completely ruined my meal and left me questioning the standards being followed at this location.
I believe this issue should be addressed immediately to prevent this from happening to other customers. I would appreciate this matter being taken seriously and appropriate corrective action being taken.

I ordered $8 worth of guava pies. They gave me all of them COLD! I always order guava pies and they’re typically super hot and fresh. it’s so annoying because I wanted to return them, but I was afraid they’d spit in my food. Never coming to this location again.

Cold fries and then look at me with a nasty facial expression on her face. I asked for a recipt the young girl stands off to side of window ignoring me? But she can serve cold fries to customers throughs fries in mid air with a disgusting look on her face. Then she yells at me park on 2. If you don’t like your job quiet. Don’t be nasty to customers. Now its takes them 10 min to make a freash fry now my sandwich is cold. No name Mrs attitude we will call her on 12/13/25 at 12:46am. It is now 1:10am and im still waiting on freash fries.
