Lol I went through the drive thru the other night around 11:30pm. Now I dont expect top tier service around this time because I know that they are running on a small staff so that’s why i tend to do the mobile orders to make it easier for them. Well let me tell you, I used some of my points to get a big Mac and guess what they forgot on my big Mac? THE PATTIES . I opened the bag and grabbed the box and I knew it felt a little light so when I opened it I was shocked to only see sauce and cheese. I even went back to my online order to confirm that I didn’t request no patties but I definitely didn’t. I also tried to submit a complaint but the process was a little hard and it was already late so I just left it alone. I will definitely give this location another try during the day and update my review but as far as late at night not so good so far.

When I corrected my order in the drive-through, the microphone picked up what sounded like an inappropriate expletive from Philip, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I was also put off by the visible dirt under his fingernails while handling food. Cleanliness and professionalism really matter in food service.

I just got home with my McDonald’s order… I ordered ketchup and sweet and sour sauce. I didn’t get any. I also ordered drinks and didn’t get any straws… I think McDonald’s has to look over the places and do test orders on these locations. It is getting out of control.

This location has consistently been slow for years. I get frustrated everytime I come here. Definitely agree going further away would be better for me. Inside for 14 mins before receiving my small order. The entire drive thru line was taken care of before helping the people inside. Normally the lady in the morning doesn’t know what order she is handing out and always has to ask what drink you have. Very frustrating. If they’re reading from a screen, why do you need to ask me? She is never prepared and I’m just over this location after all these years.

As a delivery driver, you can’t get an order through the drive though even if the order is ready. And when you go inside, good luck actually getting assistance in a timely manner.
