I arrived at this McDonald’s believing I was hungry. This was incorrect. I was instead available. The doors opened automatically, which felt less like convenience and more like consent being assumed. The smell was familiar in the way déjà vu is familiar—comforting at first, alarming on reflection.
The self-order kiosk greeted me with a brightness normally reserved for hostage videos. It asked me to customize my meal in ways that felt deeply personal. Add bacon? Remove lettuce? Choose destiny? I tapped buttons until the screen seemed satisfied with my level of compliance. It printed a receipt long enough to document my downfall.
The food appeared faster than physics allows. The fries were hot in the center and cold at the edges, implying they had been reheated emotionally rather than thermally. The burger was stacked with precision but tasted like it had been designed by committee. Each bite reduced my expectations in real time.
The dining area was calm, too calm. Everyone chewed at the same tempo. A child dropped a fry and no one reacted. I checked the time; it had not changed. Outside, traffic moved, but not with urgency.
I left with a tray that felt lighter than when I arrived and a growing suspicion that this McDonald’s exists slightly out of sync with the rest of Spain. One star. The food was edible, but the experience will follow me.

This is a great McDonald’s. Much better than the rating suggests. Staff are friendly. Food is served quickly. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. We stopped by for breakfast and were very happy with our visit.

3/13/25—Uff, it’s been ages since I last stopped at a McDonald’s. The first thing that caught my eye? The hiring sign—$15 an hour. I mean, how do people survive on that?
Anyway, I really needed to use the loo, and my husband needed something in his stomach before taking his medicine. So, in we went. But man, I miss the old-school McDonald’s vibe. Now they all have this sleek, modern look—feels more like a corporate lounge than the golden arches of childhood nostalgia.
Oh, and there was a sign that said, “Maximum capacity: 87 people.” Who decided that? And more importantly, has anyone ever faced the crisis of being the unfortunate 88th person, standing outside like, “Guess I’ll just eat my fries in exile”?
Anyhow, long live McDonald’s—modern or not, they still got us when we need them.

When the employees don’t know what your saying( many speak no English) they asked me 3 times to make sure my order was correct. My order was completely wrong due to lack of understanding English. This store needs more customer service training IN ENGLISH

Awful, all of it. 30-45 minutes to get two burgers and a milkshake. The service is awful, it’s not clean. No one speaks English. I genuinely am so frustrated by how awful it was. I hope they go bankrupt.

The place is okay. Some staff is lazy some is nice to you. Generally clean but very dirty computer order. The aircon is working great for such hot weather. Toilet was clogged needed a plumber.
