I’ve always loved grabbing a quick meal at McDonald’s .However, I just had a disappointing experience at my local spot. It’s frustrating to find hair in my food, especially when I know that the staff should be wearing proper hairnets to keep things clean. It makes me question how seriously they take food safety. I really think every McDonald’s should enforce this rule more strictly to make sure everyone has a pleasant dining experience.

took over 30 min to get our food. orders kept getting mixed up. it was busy, but the drive thru was moving while inside was waiting and waiting. recommend going to a different location since there’s 2 or 3 others within 8 mins.

Tried to get breakfast before a basketball game and went inside which was a huge mistake. They apparently only prioritize the drive through because we ordered and didn’t get our food until 20 minutes later which we had to ask an employee for it. Food was no longer hot and made us late so we had to eat cold breakfast sandwiches. Bathrooms were also a mess, out of soap, water didnt work so how are the employees washing their hands if customers cant? Who knows

After waiting about 45 min for a fast food place. It also came with hair. And 4pc nuggets looks like a 3 1/2 nuggets. This place is a joke.

Thought I would try the new cajun chicken sandwich. It’s supposed to come with bacon pickle lettuce and tomato I asked for no lettuce and tomato so I got a piece of chicken with some sauce sloppily put on. No bacon no pickles. The sauce was rancid. The chicken was horrible strangest flavor I’ve ever tasted I spit it out cuz I was afraid I was going to get sick. I’m calling corporate and demanding a refund I’m not going all the way back to homestead

pls stop marking this as 24hrs if when you get to the drive through it takes 30 minutes to get flood when we’re the only ones there no one helped us we moved to the first window to see if we could try and order they kept passing by looking at us and laughing but not helping us i understand if you’re cleaning whatever but you’re getting paid and it’s your job hello. i had to call store 4 times and ask if they could help us she hung up came to the window and gave us nasty attitude when we tried ordering. then it took forever to get my food i’m scared they might’ve spit on my food for trying to just order.
