Drive through attendee barely spoke English and never gave me my total. I understand she could have been busy but still. Good thing the line did go fast. Food was cooked a while ago neither the burger or fries were fresh. At least the coke was good

I ordered a baconegg and cheese bagel meal through the app this morning and went to the counter to pick it up. It took about 10 minutes before my order was ready. Unfortunately, the bagel was burnt around the edges, and the inside, while slightly less burnt, was still overcooked. Since I was in a rush and needed to eat while driving, I couldn’t ask for a replacement. Very disappointed with the quality and service.

Minimum menu available it was 12am I order the #1big Mac meal add mayo minus pickles,medium with hi-c orange wanted the Grinch meal said it’s was out of stock/season over also a double cheese burger no pickles the bread was hard the ketchup was fallin over sandwich like it sat on the warmer and they added my ketchup the fries were fresh the bigmac and double cheese burger wasn’t fresh or made for taste…The driver Thur order taker was friendly and professional with the gretting the experider passed me my for with care made sure my napkins were inside the bad didn’t have to ask for any condiments starw was handed to me with my drink

Always a bad experience. I felt compelled to write this review after today, they told us to pull up, waited 15 minutes and it turned out they forgot we were there. This was for a burger and fries. The last time I came, they claimed they couldn’t ring anyone up or sell food, but proceeded to talk about how much they hated the place and ate food while we waited at the drive-thru with the window open. This is the worst restaurant experience I have ever had in my life. I will never step foot there. I wish I read all the reviews before going there. I place my order through the McD app at 10:50am. Got there at 11:05am and my order is not ready. As a mother fact I told they cannot serve me because I was suppose to get there before 11am. After a few back and forth I realize I am wasting my time with the shift supervisor who can barely speak english. He offers to cancel my order. I said ok. He said it’s cancelled and I ould receive my refund within 2 business days. I check the app before driving off and the order is still active. I said can you give me a receipt or something to prove you cancel the order. He could not because he lied he didn’t cancel anything. He calls the general manager but she was rude and disrespectful. At this point I demand to get a receipt of some sort to show I did not get my order. They wouldn’t do it. To get matters worst They CALL MIRAMAR. What a worst way to treat a customer. I pay my money, I drive miles to pickup my food, you cannot fulfill my order and yiu hold on to my money. Worst of all you call the police. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT AT mcd. 2 out of 3 reviews are 1 star… that’s telling!!! The owner needs to train his managers on customer service if he don’t want to end up like the restaurant next to him.

On Sunday November 16 2025, I ordered a cheeseburger with 2 large fries and one medium. I was asked to wait in one of the designated spots. They did not take long to come out and I asked if the order was complete and the young man said yes 3 fries. I did not check because I was already in a rush. When I got home the medium fries were missing. In addition the fries lacked salt that happens very regularly and they did not put ketchup.

If I could give zero stars I would. My fries tasted like they’d been sitting around for years, hard as rocks, I couldn’t eat them. It took almost 45 min to get my food when ordering from the drive thru. Would never go back.
