I purchase this food from one McDs and receive it cold and hard (clearly it was burnt), I was rushing to work and had to come and exchange it at a different McDonald’s and a girl address me here, but refuses to exchange the product, said she doesnt have to and then I asked for the manager she said she was the manager, not name tag, and refused to give me her name, could have been anyone but it was at 8:11 am Jan 7, 2026, I have the receipt too. I dont understand the disrespect, this is suppose to be a business corporation. Hopefully the next McDonald’s can but, its honestly garbage now.

I don’t what happened to this McDonald’s. This was my go to for early morning coffee. It was perfect every time. It’s been consistently bad, they can’t be coffee drinkers. My coffee was dark and bitter. I know it was old and had been sitting in the pot for a long time.

Came here around 2:30am and had a really bad experience. Ordered 2 McFlurries and a free McChicken reward. Ice cream machine was on heat mode, so I replaced the McFlurries with McChickens — no problem there. But I was still missing my free reward McChicken.
Had to explain it multiple times, was told to move my car forward, and only got it after being called back. The attitude was unnecessary the entire time.
When I asked for sauce (for my wife and daughter), I was told I could only have one — again, with attitude.
Mistakes happen, but the customer service was the real issue. Late-night customers still deserve respect. Just want people to be aware before ordering here.

Just take the McCrispy strips off of the menu. I’m not sure if they fried these in cornmeal old grease or dirty flour but nasty. It was so dirty and greasy that is soiled right through the box and less than 10 minutes . These were so disgusting my first and last time trying these strips. This McDonald’s in particular is always giving out cold nasty food and there is barely anyone at the counter to assist.

This location SUCKS! The early morning/late night management and team are the absolute worst!!! They take forever to prepare your meals even when there’s basically no line and a bunch of them inside and they always have a terrible attitude. I’d rather drive to any other location than to come to this one late night.
