I am extremely disappointed with the service I received on February 12. I was so upset that I immediately started writing this review, even though I normally never do that.
I understand that the staff was very busy at the time I was there. However, people who placed their orders after me received their food earlier than I did. Customers who were dining in were served at their tables by a waiter, while I kept waiting without any update.
When I approached the counter and tried to speak to a manager or the employee at the cashier, I was ignored. No one acknowledged me or offered any explanation.
In the end, I waited without even knowing what I was waiting for. I eventually had to go back and pick up my own order, while others were comfortably seated and being served at their tables. What is this kind of service? What is going on there?
If it were possible to give minus one thousand points, I would do it right now

I went in today and ordered spicy deluxe mcCrispy and apple pies. There was nothing spicy or deluxe about this sandwich. The bun was burnt and chicken was not spicy and there was no spicy sauce on top. What a disappointment. And definitely NOT what I paid for. Apple pie was burnt and inedible. Waste of money.

0/5 STARS! THE INDIAN MALE EMPLOYEE LIED AND SAID THEY WERE CLOSED AT 3:39 AM (CLOSES AT 4 AM) AND REFUSED TO ASSIST ME! AFTER SITTING IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR ABOUT 4 MIN, HE GREETS ME BY SAYING “YES?”; NOT “HOW CAN I HELP YOU” or “WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO ORDER”. I THEN WATCHED HIM BRING FOOD TO 2 WAITING CARS: 1 WAITING NEAR DRIVE THRU AND ONE PARKED! HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR NOT WANTING TO DO THE JOB HE GETS PAID TO DO!!!! RLLY SUCKY EXPERIENCE!

This is the freshest and cleanest McDonald’s in at least a 20 mile radius. I’ve been through many McDonald’s in my area but this is the only one I come back to over and over. Their food is always fresh,their lobby is always clean, their staff is always friendly. It is a very comfortable and relaxed environment and very clean. 10/10 McDonald’s. Also the owner seemed really nice

I got home from ordering my food before I left I checked to make sure I had everything I saw my chicken nugget box, mcchicken and my fries I saw everything and went home started eating my food and went to eat my chicken nuggets but they were missing and the box was full of TARTER SAUCE HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN HOW CAN YOU MISTAKEN CHICKEN NUGGETS FOR TARTER SAUCE

Today wasn’t a good day for this location. It seemed they were short on staff. The service was not fast but the staff was trying to be helpful. There was a long line and some people left because they were not paying attention to them. We were lucky to catch the attention of one of the staff and were able to place and order. The location wasn’t clean. It does have access for wheelchairs and it has both female and male restrooms. The food was not the best either. The French fries were kind of cold and my burger, the bun was clearly burnt. My experience today was not a good one.

The assistant manager or crew leader who was serving the orders at the front had my order ready. I told her it was mine, but she decided to work on other orders instead of just giving me mine. After about 10 minutes, a crew member finally came and handed me my order. This really affected my experience.

Avoid this location!! There’s literally 3 McDonald’s close to this one.. The employees are beyond rude! I asked for a value fry for my toddler and her response was,” I’m confused” so I repeat just a value.fry please she then said, “I don’t understand we only have small med or large” that’s all she had to say from the beginning not all the confusion! Someone needs to train these employees better!
