Monday feb 23, @ 8:25 I had the most rude experience ever . Manager was great and helped me out but the EMPLOYEES.. horrible. chubby , curly hair with red beanie and McDonalds hat with pants sagging down snatched the drink out my hand that I paid for bc I wanted to pour out what I had in it and change it for juice at the self serve and with attitude told me pay for another L drink like if I was stealing from the McDonald’s using a water cup.. needs better employees and better attitude.

I had my car serviced at Toyota Of Hollywood, in Hollywood, Florida on January 14 2026. While the car was being serviced, we decided to eat lunch-in at the McDonald’s near the dealership, on North state road 7 / 441. We arrived to McDonald’s around 11:45-11:50am. we noticed the restaurant and our table was dirty and needed to be cleaned. I asked the hispanic female cashier, for some paper towels and water to clean the table. The cashier had an attitude, when I told her, our table was dirty. After we cleaned our own table, we picked up our food. We noticed the food was cold, we showed the food the heavy-set cashier and the store manager. We simply asked to reheat the food or replace our order. The store manager gave us attitude again, about the cold food! I told her, don’t disrespect me or give me a refund. The store manager me, shes not giving me a refund. I told her, I’m not leaving this restaurant, until I get a refund. The manager, told us she’s going to called the police. We waited in the restaurant, for the police to arrive. When the police arrived, to talk to the manager. The cashier, told us and the police, the manager was not available, to give statement. But, cashier was told to give us a full refund. The police did not give us a case number, informed us to contact McDonald’s corporate office to make a complaint.

On Monday February 23rd at 8:25pm I ordered a lemonade and told the guy at the front I wanted it half lemonade and half fruit punch, the guy gave me a full lemonade, and I proceeded to pour some lemonade out to put some fruit punch inside it, and this chubby guy with a red beanie and curly hair, tried to charge me for another drink because I wanted to pour some fruit punch into my lemonade, the manager I don’t know her name she was skinny though, was very helpful, and told them that If i paid for a fountain drink, and not a water cup that im able to do that without having to pay for another drink, and the other worker skinny looked high, and also had curly hair, messed up my order too

The most rudest and disrespectful crew I have ever seen on a McDonald’s including management. It may have only been shift management, I’m not sure; but they didn’t know how to handle customers at all. Orders completely wrong, I drive through line all the way around the store, and the inside disgusting as well. The worst McDonald’s in the area.

I went to this McDonald’s and honestly I’m not sure if they were working or just messing with me. They took over 30 minutes to hand me a simple order, and when they finally went to give it to me, the employee gave it to me and then pulled it back like it was some kind of joke. I’ve never seen anything so unprofessional or ridiculous. If their goal was to waste my time, they nailed it. If their goal was to lose a customer, they nailed that too.

So today 1/31/2025 I order via the . I received my food and I was missing at least 3 items off the receipt! Then on top of that the fries… It was barely filled to the top which I ordered large fries.. not to mention finding a piece of wood in my fries. So since the stores phone is out of service I had to physically go in person and complain that I was missing items. The 2 managers was a woman and man who had no customer service and the woman who had an attitude was so matter of fact and sure that the order came back correct. and didn’t even try fixing the situation or give me a refund. And then told me to call Uber eats. I expected a refund.. Ive been going to this location for a long time and never had this issue until now. Poor customer service and bad food quality

First of all very Great crew very fast and genuine with there work ethic and care. Coffee was the perfect way to start my day and it was delicious for some reason to today my only concern with the entire establishment was there were no outlets,at least working ones. There were two in the entire dining area and both of them did not produce any type of charge. Other than me not being able to juice up my cell for my conference call soon everything was great and the service was warm and welcoming.
