Subject: Issue with Promotional Offer at Sterling McDonald’s on January 5th, 2026
Dear McDonald’s Customer Service Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered at the Sterling McDonald’s location on the evening of January 5th, 2026.
At approximately 9:48 PM, I requested the 99-cent 60-piece chicken nugget offer through the drive-thru. The manager on duty, Jeremiah, initially informed me that the offer was not available. I then attempted to clarify the offer with another staff member, who also seemed unaware of the promotion. After a brief discussion, Jeremiah came to the window and reiterated that I never called him, and he responded with dismissive behavior.
This experience was disappointing and not in line with the high standard of customer service that I have come to expect from McDonald’s. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that the promotional offers are consistently available and that the staff is properly trained to handle such requests.

Total scam, run from there! They gave us on the 24th of October, a coupon to enter a survey, offering us in return a 2 for one sandwich if completed. We did the survey, and received a code for the free sandwich, presenting ourself at the restaurant, claiming our things today, but they don’t want to honor it. The manager, instead of trying to de-escalate the situation, was screaming from the back of the kitchen « we don’t do this anymore, since three years ». But the coupon came from their place two weeks ago… false advertising and poor management

Strange McDonald’s experience. Christmas day late evening. Very busy and staff is overwhelmed. Kiosks not working. Just one person to take orders. So ordering only good for drive thru. So over 10 minutes to place order, since the last taking orders walks back and forth.
Easily taking over 10 minutes for each order to be received, with one person saying they waited over 30 minutes for a happy meal and drink.
My meal took 15 minutes to receive. Food was good, but experience terrible unlike most McDonald’s.
Maybe it was some vacation staff, since they seemed they had no idea what to our how to do.

Tried to order a coffee with milk. Order app didn’t have that option. Had to wait 5 mins for a person to order. They told us they had no milk. Apparently the machine was broken whatever that was. The staff couldn’t figure out to open a milk jug to add it to coffee. Allegedly lattes wouldn’t work either. Awful location.

The worst Mcdonald’s. Customer service is always horrible. But the very last time I went. I waited in line for breakfast about 15 minutes before 10:30 came and when it was my time to order it was 10:28, the lady told me to hold on and came back at 10:30 when I tried to order she said no more breakfast is being served when I literally been sitting in the line waiting and she made me wait longer. Don’t recommend going there.

Beware you may receive hair in your food. We were told no one in the kitchen had that particular hair color. The hair definitely came from someone there as my sister and I have locked hair. I was never contacted back by corporate, the franchise owner or a manager at this location . I had to travel 30 minutes a week later with good faith by highway back to the location to receive a refund . Once I arrived was still told no one has hair that color waiting 20 minutes plus for a manager to refund 4.00 and some odd change. Luckily another manager was on duty and was able to expedite my refund . My smoothie wasn’t even close to being full , they should pay more attention to their portioning.

Disgusting. Gave up after 15 mins for a milkshake. Dirty. Employee in lavatory went straight back to kitchen no hand washing. Staff couldn’t care less. No hand sanitizers by screens and no receipts. Corporate should shut this down.i am telling Florida health department
