This McDonald’s location is extremely disappointing. The manager in the blue shirt doesn’t acknowledge customers at all unless she personally knows you. She’s quick to come out from behind the counter to chat with her friends and sit down, while the staff follows the same unprofessional behavior.
When I politely asked about the delay with my order, I was completely ignored. I even repeated my question in Spanish, and they still ignored me. When I asked to speak to the manager, she was too busy sitting with her friends to even look up.
McDonald’s needs to seriously rethink who they’re hiring as managers. They could learn a lot from Chick-fil-A about customer service and professionalism. I waited 30 minutes for four sandwiches, which is unacceptable.

They guy got my order completely wrong and when i went to the window once looking at my ticket they guy takes my sandwich and adds tartar sauce…… wayyyy to much where i couldn’t eat it!! Very disappointed

I placed an order through the drive-through for one oatmeal. I was charged for four oatmeals because the manager at the first window didn’t understand English that well. As I was telling the second window that I didn’t order four oatmeals, I ask to speak to the manager because the guy at window couldn’t speak English also. The manager came to the window with an attitude and grabbed the receipt so aggressively. She gave me back all my money and I gave her four oatmeals back. It’s not my fault because you don’t comprehend English well.

We pulled up and my son told me not to go to this McDonald’s…… But this is what a $5 fry looks like. I was very close to marching back in there just to ask where is the rest ???? I rarely come to this location. All I can do is suggest to check your bag before you leave because this was ridiculous so much it’s funny. Luckily I carry napkins because they didn’t give us not one napkin even after ordering $30 worth of food.

Customer service is terrible at this establishments. You are greeted with an attitude once they decide to answer the drive threw window. This has happened on several occasions, and it does not seem to get better. Responses from corporate McDonald’s guaranteed that they will improve their service with the feedback provided, .but even that seems false as well. Given that the issues still exist

The Mcflurry machine was broken, or so she said. But she only told us this after she handed us our Mcflurries. She barley spoke to us and she seemed like she rarely speaks English. When we were complaining to her about the fact that she didn’t tell us the machine was broken, her response was to turn her back on us and pretend not to hear us.
Coming to this location is ALWAYS a gamble. We always have a problem; they get our order wrong, they forget to put all our order in the bags, we always get that one person that never speaks English.

Worst location ever!!! This place is the worst of the worst the employees treat yiu like a piece of garbage and they dont greet or anything. The hispanic gurls are the worst, they talk to you ith a bad attitude and they are also very slow and apparently they like to take their time to serve you or assist you. I bought a McChicken and as a result the chicken was undercooked And the McNuggets were cold. I dont know if they are doing this on purpose but I dont think this is the best way to be treating people or handling their food. Very bad bad customer service and hopefully when the company sees all of these negative complaints do something about it.
