STAY AWAY!!! Those who read my reviews know I’m not in the habit of writing bad reviews; however, this place definitely earned it. Our order was incomplete when we asked what appeared to be the manager (only grey shirt while everyone else wears black) she did not say a word simply looked at us, rolled her eyes, and walked away. Shortly thereafter she returned to the counter with the three missing items slid them on the counter and walked away again without saying a word as if we were there begging for food. Extremely rude and zero interpersonal skills and manners. A poor reflection to the brand.

I want to start off by saying the service here is horrible we got skipped 5 times and when we started saying hello for someone to attend us the guy rudely said hold on. They didn’t apologize then we got to the window to get our food we asked for Barbecue sauce and the two guys that were there with the window open ignored us. We had to shout a little bit and still nothing after a couple minutes they came to the window and gave it to us. Lastly we drove off and when I look in the bag I noticed we are missing our 20 pc chicken nuggets. My husband had to drive back and ask for it. I don’t think I will ever be coming back here.

WORST management EVER! Instead of solving an issue, the manager on-staff handled the situation in the most unprofessional, rude, and poorly trained manner. The company should take more measures in training their employees and not just hiring anyone that applies. I’ll make sure never to order from this location. DO BETTER!!!!!

I have mixed feelings with this place. I enjoy The quality of the food but they always miss something in my order. First it was a straw, later McNuggets and then a whole Big Mac meal. I’m ok getting my money back but it’s the food what I wanted. I have reached to the decision of not buying again here. If you go in person maybe is worth it but delivery? Don’t even think about it.

BEWARE: Ordered 4 Quater Pounders and all 4 had RAW meat patties. Called McDs Corporate to alert them and an inexperienced rude girl didn’t care much let alone want to see pictures. The last three times I’ve ordered, I included cheeseburgers or a double cheese burger (with extra pickles each time.) The first time, they gave me NO pickles. The second time, they somehow heard “no onions” on the screen and I corrected them before I went to the window. Last time, a few days ago, I got ONE pickle.
