This McDonald’s location was absolutely filthy, with trash left on tables, food and cups on chairs, and garbage all over the floor. Several employees were standing around doing nothing while the dining area remained a mess. To make matters worse, the manager had a nasty, dismissive attitude instead of taking responsibility. Very disappointing experience and clearly poor management.

From the moment we arrived, we felt cared for—every detail, every decoration, every idea was done with so much love and attention. Having the park to ourselves for a full hour was such a special touch, and their suggestion to book early made it feel even more magical and intimate. Seeing my son so happy and excited is something I’ll always treasure. Thank you, Amparo and team, for creating such beautiful memories for our family.

I come here often because of the playground, but honestly the Staff is what made me leave a review. Such a fantastic, engaging, and pleasant staff. They are super nice, and quickly give you whatever you ask. They bring your food to the table its the best service than anywhere else!

Super rude staff, Kevin was super rude when we placed an order. He slammed the window on my friends when the told us the wrong order. We corrected him and he got annoyed and slammed the window and said so its an mobile order, under our understanding it was a drive thru order using the mobile code but that is his responsibility to critically think. He lacks complete understanding of how to treat customers and how to interact with others.

Is there really anything to tell about what these multi-chain of McDonald’s Restaurant offer that consumers don’t know? I ordered the big breakfasts and a McGrill. To be honest! This Macdonald Branch is one of the bad service and recently food quality is not as Macdonald experience, the drive thru took long time and they talk with customer unpolitely,
The last order i made it online and choose curbside took more than 20 minutes, the hamburger not cooked well and the fries were sawgy and oily.

This McDonald’s atmosphere is inviting, and they have a playground. The bathroom is clean. I usually mobile order and pickup inside. It’s never a long wait.
