So… I have yet been to McDonald’s and received a good service. Everyone at this location is happy to serve customers. They have a manager there she’s a slightly older lady who have great problem solving skills, can diffuse a situation. Their app was down due to the storm and it took my payment but failed to send me a pick-up order code.

absolutely worse possible experience. next time I’ll drive the extra 1.7 mi and find a different McDonald’s. The staff is untrained and rude, they will ask you to park every single time. you can’t even get a receipt because they’ve been out of paper for months! I have never felt this disrespected and insulted by a restaurant staff!

One of the employees was using the restroom in the partition next to me. I heard the lady flushing the toilet and observed how she IMMEDIATELY left the bathroom without washing her hands. She went straight to the food preparation area and proceeded to touch everything without even putting gloves on.

Every time I go here they forget an item. Also they make you wait on the side for literally the smallest orders. Today I went and they forgot my hashbrowns on both combo. The last time I ordered two mcchickens with bacon and cheese. Was charged extra for both and waited like 10 mins on the side. Both mcchickens were missing the bacon and the cheese. When you order nuggets and ask for sauce they always forget it. I really wish manangement or ownership would fire most of the employees. They really don’t value their job
