I didn’t honestly think Mcdonald’s locations could vary this much in quality, I go regularly in Italy and i’ve always been happy but I go to this one and i’m shocked by 1. how terrible the food is (bland and tasteless but still fatty) 2. the terrible service, slow and rude 3. how unsafe I felt, everyone looked threatening and there was a drunk man passed out outside, i would reccomend a different location

I used the curbside service. It was pretty fast, but the drive through wasn’t busy either. My grandson said his cheeseburger (happy meal) tasted bad. That’s why the food rating wasn’t 5 star.

Seems to be an overall bad start to the morning. The Service Rep and manager refused to take orders from the front. Everyone ordering must order online, at the kiosk or go through the drive-through. Amazingly the restaurant was not even busy. They were standing in the kitchen talking. Not giving a damn. Way to go McDonald. I walked out.

Tables were dirty, had to clean them ourselves. The cashier did not understand our order, had to recheck it and reorder some products. They were apathetic to take our order. When they call us, we had to go back two times to reclaim something. Literally the worst McDonald’s in the world I had ever been. 100% do not recommend.

My quarter pounder deluxe burger was raw on the inside, didn’t realize it until my last few bite. I normally look at my food as I’m eating. The fries was not fresh. My three yrs didn’t like his happy meal. His food was not freshly cooked either. I was already an hour away from this McDonald’s so I didn’t put myself out of the way to go back there.

This specific location ALWAYS messes up my orders. I boycotted it for 3 years because I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal (dine in) with a McDouble on the side and they didn’t give me my main sandwich for the meal. Waited 30 minutes just for them to give my sandwich to someone else. The manager refused to make my sandwich again because of their mistake. I called corporate and they said they were going to talk to the manager and get back to me and that never happened. I decided to give them one last chance today and they once again messed up my order, gave me a plain and way over cooked crispy chicken sandwich. Worst McDonald’s in the South Florida area. Workers are nice but the manager is nasty and I’m surprised he’s still working there. If there was a 0 stars option I would have rated it that. Save yourself some grief and go to another location.
