I have given up on McDonald’s years ago,
My visit today renewed my interest in The largest fast foot chain. The food was fresh and tasted that way, I enjoyed it.
The cashier was a happy host I think his name is Daniel I could not find his name tag. He was authentically Confident in his helping nature.

I placed a mobile order for fries only. They were very overly salty, which honestly was fine since I had been drinking. What stood out to me was the service. I received my receipt at the first window, and before I even made it to the second window, an employee who appeared to be a manager was already holding my bag out of the window. The interaction felt rushed and a bit rude, and overall it did not come across as efficient or welcoming customer service.

Horrible. Everything was dirty, there were cockroaches, and even vomit on the floor. Nobody cleaned anything. If the dining area looks like that, I can’t imagine how filthy the kitchen must be.

Yes, a 5 star. The reason for that is the young man at the register, Greyson. I came in to use the restroom last week, wound up having breakfast, and this guy’s positive energy was a great help to start the day.
When I realized how early I was for work this morning my first thought was this McDonald’s. This guy has the same positive vibes today as the first time. I worked at this store back in 1989, so I know its not an easy job. Kudos to this guy. I hope he becomes a manager one day and is able to spread that good attitude. The food was hot, fresh, fast.

The service was absolutely awful. I had to wait 25 damn minutes for my order while people who came after me got theirs way before I did. When I told the guy at the checkout to go check, he acted like they were “still making it.” In reality, my order had been sitting off to the side for about 20 minutes.
This place doesn’t even deserve one star — one star is way too generous for them.

Customers be ware!!! Hope you’re not in a hurry and have all the time in the world to wait! Worst service ever from a manager ever! What a joke. Drive through over 15 minutes not moving then she came out and yelled at the guests for not being patient.. can’t be serous then a team member was yelling at the guest from the drive through window, are system is down. Check the cameras. Never coming back!!
