We favor this McDonald’s location based on the time it takes and the nice girl with the colorful hair at the cashout window. She’s very good on the mic, and she remembers us. Sometimes with the app there can be a delay for our order but we usually never have a complaint about the taste or temperature of the food. I recommend this McDonald’s.

Had to wait about 15-20 mins in drive-thru for one car in front of me. For 6pc nuggets and Coke. Got to window and she said fries so I said yes give me some for having to wait so long. The other lady came bk and said she has to charge me for fries. No complimentary ⁶ones allowed. Then mngr came back and said it didn’t matter having to wait that long she wouldn’t give me fries she had wrong order. Then I asked for her name and she refused 3 times to give it to me. And closed window on me. I drove back around to get receipt and the other lady said something about me to staff before she opened window to help me. The mngr is Spanish and would not give her name to me. Got home and my mom opened the nuggets and they were disgusting! Bad food. Very bad service and unprofessional staff, they need to be retrained or replaced. I’ll never go there again!

I go to this location because its the closest one to where I live and whenever I need a quick bite on my way from work, this is where I go. I never had a complaint on this location but recently, the quality and service has been going down hill. It seems like they got rid of all the previous employees which explains the bad service and food quality. I use the app to order and still manage to have to wait longer times. I would give it a 1 start but I’ll give them a chance to improve their service and food quality. I would stay away from the breakfast as the past 2 times we had breakfast at this location, we ended up with a real bad upset stomach.

I came in to get my order, and I needed some thing else, but I was met with a rose from one of your managers and she was very rude and kept yelling at her employees there especially what I did not like is when I hear her yell shut up to an employee and the employee looks like he nearly was a teenager so that says a lot if one of your managers there is yelling at a kid not to mention I go home and I ordered a large fry and I’m looking at the box and when I met with is a medium fry so what is a point of giving me a large fry if you’re just gonna fill it up like a medium fry? Some of my curiosity seeing the poor management back there I ask one of the employees and she told me that the managers name was Elizabeth. Elizabeth really has poor communication skills with her employees, and does not know how to help her customers and satisfying way instead of helping me she just rolled her eyes at me and once I got her attention, it was clear that she was very annoyed. I will never come back to that McDonald’s ever again, if that’s how I’m going to be met at that McDonald’s

Its been 40 minutes waiting for 2 sandwiches and 2 mcflurry. All the employees keep going back to get stuff and coming out with hands empty. Finally when the sandwiches came the was only meat, pickles and bun. Second picture is butter crispy chicken sandwich. And third picture is Quarter Pounder. I didn’t ask anything special. Just normal sandwiches. McFlurries were half full and and almost all melted by the time I got home. And I live around the corner.

This place has the new footprint. No services in the seating area. So if you want condiments you have to go up to the counter. However, no one is there most of the time. If you order from the kiosk, as we did, when they delivered, you have to tell them to go get you any salt, pepper, ketchup or a receipt. (Their kiosks don’t have a printer). Very annoying. The server was nice about going and getting what we wanted, it’s just inefficient and time consuming. Another McDonald’s we went to had the server carry an apron with pockets full of these items.

Ridiculous ever time I go they can’t make a simple burger right
I went in and ordered a daily double sandwich they gave me a regular McDouble they took the sandwich then came back 10 seconds later handing me the same burger just with tomatoes on it like come on get your stuff together the careless teenagers and older staff that complain about working not Caring about food I pay for. This is the 3rd time this has happened I’m sick of it.
