Mcdonald’s is always good for your favorite burger, Big Mac, double cheeseburger, chicken sandwiches, my favorite is the McChicken, I don’t know why but I just love that little sandwich and I get cravings for it. They also have great breakfast sandwiches and delicious coffees lattes cold brew, alll that good stuff. And tonight we just felt like getting one of their little hot fudge sundaes so that’s what we did and ate it in the car and talked. It’s really delicious!

As with all McDonald’s you place your order at the kickoff and wait at your table. This location provided excellent service and the spicy chicken sandwich was delicious and the bun was fresh. Other locations serve stale buns. Their sweet ice tea was fresh and delicious. Tables were clean as well as the drink fountain.

What the hell guys? I’m saying hello, please and thank you. Just say something back, anything, really. The level of commitment is also reflected in the food I received. I worked in food service for many years so I always approach with respect and understanding. To be a manager and still give the customer the silent treatment. I’m not being respectful out of submissiveness but when you are faced with respect and give back blatant disrespect that usually means that you’re just not a decent person to begin with. I can’t imagine how co-workers feel when faced with his attitude. Something in the store is super toxic. Someone needs the conviction and integrity to remove it from the operation.

What? Honestly what was going on. Primarily, the guy taking our order was clearly high. Not a clue what was going on- asking unnecessary questions, interrupting, and just seemed confused the whole time. Same at the window. At the pickup window, food came unwrapped with part of bun missing, people confused what order we were, and missing hash brown. all this combined we were probably in the line for 10 minutes. Before, I had no problems with this McDonalds but I think from now on I’ll be driving to the other one…

Food here was decent but the employees were rude. The employee slammed my bag of food on the counter, thankfully it wasn’t harmed. I also ordered a sweet tea and there was none made for self service at the drink area so I asked for some and the employee took 5 mins to get me some but eventually handed me a watered down tea and both of them were unsweet,when I asked several times for the drink ordered. Not very courteous or polite from the employees at all.

Wish there was a zero star option. I don’t give negative reviews because I prefer to focus on positive experiences but this place deserves it. Cold food and seriously crappy customer service. Never again.

Went there to get fries and this is all they served. It’s supposed to be medium fries and was only halfway full. The Rodriguezs need to get on the ball!
Also requested ketchup and napkins and they did not provide those either!
This place is going downhill faster than the cliffs of Mount Everest!! Need more quality control at this place. This is on the managers who need to set the standard but don’t!

If you want fast food, this is not the place. They say fast food to get you in and out ordered my food They took my money and had me sitting in curbside pick up for over 15 minutes.
