Service and food were fine as we only ordered a kids’ meal. The problem was the male bathroom looked like it hadn’t been tended to for hours. Pee all over the floors and filth in the sinks. Not to mention the urinal didn’t flush.

I ate there for breakfast 1 morning and had no issues with the food or service. The employees were really nice and pleasant. I paid at the kiosk where you order for yourself and I believe the machine had been hacked. A few hours later I had to cancel my credit card because I was starting to get alerts on my phone about transactions I was not making. Since this was the only place I had used to card in about a week, it was easy to pinpoint. The machines did seem a bit odd as well. One was not working properly and the other asked me to insert my card even though the app has my payment information already stored. That should have been a clue. Just a heads up if you go here. Pay at the counter or drive through.

Mrs Rhonda at the front counter was wonderful, very kind and helpful, I will be sure to come back to this location just because of her. She was really good with our kids too. She is a very valuable member of your crew, I hope she is as appreciated as she makes us feel!

Couldn’t hear them at the drive thru and they acted like it was my fault. I explained that I couldn’t hear them and I was met with silence. So I drove around to place my order because I didn’t know what was going on. Everyone was rude and condescending about it even when I proved myself. I was never apologized to by the people involved in the misunderstanding. I didn’t even get my fries. I’m not a fan of this location at all.

Pulled in for curbside pickup, order one Large diet Dr Pepper and 1 large fry , been waiting 20 minutes and still haven’t gotten by drink & fry. Finally at 30 minutes I called inside and they said they would be out shortly. Finally after 5 more minutes I got my order.

Couldn’t talk to anyone inside told to use the kiosk NOPE went to drive through kids wanted mc flurry machine broken yet advertising inside. Asked for shake, not working, soda not working. Told them F U drove away. MacDonalds talk to your customers when the fn visit you. I am out.

Worst! Don’t come here! The staff is rude, has not the slightest care about customer service, and straight up refused to fix an error that was McDonald’s mistake with the guy in front of me. There was literally a line of upset costumers and manager made it worse every step of the way.

Went for breakfast after Google listed this location was open at 4am. I pulled up at 545am and could see people inside working but I was ignored. Waited patiently for about a minute and then finally drove off. Update the hours if you aren’t open so people aren’t going out of there way to stop at your establishment and then get ignored when we can clearly see 2 employees inside.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Order was wrong 3 times and I still didn’t get what I paid for. The food was cold and tasted horrible. Don’t waste your money or time at the establishment. Costumer service is just as bad. They should really look into new management.
