It’s McDonald’s. You get what you get. Chances of friendly service are low. Chances your order is correct is low. Chances the place is clean is low. But when you are craving their frys, you have to do what you have to do. They have a play place, though, which is pretty cool.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever visited. I waited inside for over 10 minutes, trying to waive at someone to take my order, and everyone ignored the line of people waiting over the counter. Once I got the attention of someone when she saw me trying to call her over the counter, she yelled at me and told me that I couldn’t be there and I told her I have been waiving at her and calling her for the past 10 minutes and all she did was ignore me and all I needed was service. What else was I supposed to do. Another employee heard her yelling at me and heard me telling her not to yell at me again. I asked for the manager. He came out and was very apologetic and was trying calm the situation. His name is Colby. Very sweet guy. He said that she was the manager. Her name is Amanda. After 5 minutes of someone taking our order. He walked out with his bag and told everyone that he was sent home for the day because he helped us. I felt this is abuse for an employee. Isn’t that what they are supposed to do, help people!! This manager needs to be fired for this action. I am calling corporate to make sure this does not happen to another employee. I waited 20 minutes to get my shake and cookies. Very unacceptable service.

Just skip this place. I waited 20 minutes to just get a small fry and a small drink. But if you are friends with the employees there, you can get your food pretty quick. No one’s at the counter to take your order and 2 of the kiosks were down. If you go here, Godspeed and good luck.

The service through the drive through was unsatisfactory. Very Rude young lady. Then I received my meal and my food was just thrown in a wrapper and thrown in a bag. No pride in what they do. I could only speak for whoever took care of my meal. Very dissatisfied. The young generation does not have any pride and it show. And I’m not saying all of them.

Terrible customer service. I used McDonald’s app. They were offering a free french fry on Friday. I purchased a sandwich and a drink, the fries did not go through. The manager Reyna could care less and said “Too bad. Sorry. We cannot help you”. I said “I’m showing you where it said I get a free french fry, why can you not help?” She said “We have no control. Take it or leave it.” So I said I’d just buy another. Luckily the other manager Alicia was so kind at the window and said of course, we’re going to give you that french fry. So thank you Alicia for not making this a 100% terrible experience!.
