Consistently messes up orders no matter what time of day, either constantly forgetting whole parts or just flat out handing out the wrong food item. I understand it if it’s busy in the middle of a rush but when its slow like today there’s no reason for it other than just laziness and poor quality control. The only reason they still have as much customer traffic still is due to the fact of them being the only fast food option in the area.

Normally this location is okay, at least for bfast. Today (Aug 10th around 7:20pm) I decided to grab a quick bite after work. Well for starters, the curbside pickup took almost 15mins of waiting after I parked and checked in. The food tasted old. The fries were the biggest contributor to this review. See the attached image. They were old, stale, and HEAVILY salted!! To the point that I cannot eat them nor give them to my kids. Speaking of kids, small gripe, but the toy was supposed to be a mini McDonald’s toy but instead we got Elio? Definitely fine place for bfast on the go but for lunch/dinner, I’ll probably just go to another McDonald’s.

Bayside Lakes NEEDS A NEW FAST FOOD restaurant! This McDonald’s franchise had done nothing but steadily decline. The food is absolutely unacceptable! I haven’t been here in awhile because of poor food quality. So I thought I would give this franchise another try, hoping for different results. I wasn’t disappointed. It’s is still the same, food was way below expectations.
People keep going back in hopes that it has improved… but has not. Don’t bother calling to let them know, because it falls on deaf ears. It’s starts with management and training and accountability.
It’s a shame because McDonald’s used to have high standards, and I’m sure it still does. However, not at this location.

Absolute worst McDonald’s ever. I don’t like to say anything negative about an establishment but I’ve been here numerous times and every time it’s sucked. Wrong items, no sauce, no one is happy! I’ve never been greeted with anything but a bag of wron items in my face!

Food was good, the tables and floor were dirty. There were a lot of kids in there and they made a mess and didn’t clean up their spills. They just walked out with drinks and food wrappers on the table.

Ordered 2 coffees with sugar on the side. Still waiting on the side of building. The girl at the pick up window seemed very put out by replacing 2 coffees. It shouldn’t take 5 minutes to replace coffee and ask me to pull over and wait????
Also, 2 out of 3 McCrispy chicken sandwiches I’ve ordered were burnt and rubbery like they microwaved an old piece of chicken. It seems like a toss of the dice on food quality here.
