Wether an order is drive through kr online it should be brought up quicker whether I go in or not this ppl will make u wait regardless don’t know what’s the point of an online order or in person is the same wait regardless. Wouldn’t consider coming to this McDonald’s in particular laziness of these ppl is outrageous! Empty delivery and mobile rack and yet they say I need to wait l!

I fully understand why this location has a 3.1 rating and I definitely would like to contribute to the lower rating. I ordered a breakfast sandwich during a very slow breakfast time, needing to hit the road, I am now parked with three other cars and well past 10 minutes waiting. Not sure why a regular breakfast item wouldn’t be ready during slow breakfast hours, it’s 435a. Avoid this location at all cost, even if you have to drive 10 minutes down the road, at least you might get your food in a decent amount of time somewhere else.

Update,: 20 minutes and 4 cars waiting
Got food at 23 minutes
Looked in the bag and one item is wrong, I don’t have time to wait for someone to come back out to the parking lot to get it fixed

Absaloutly trash. I work nights and every time I come here the overnight crew never answers the drive through even when im the only one in line. Ive even exsperianced multiple times waiting for someone to answer me for five minutes and a car drives up on the other line and gets immediate help. The owners need to do better in their hiring process because your night crew doesn’t care

This has to be one of the worst McDonalds by far. Went this morning and ordered just an Egg McMuffin. When I got to the window I was asked to park, there was already two cars waiting so I asked why would I need to park for just a McMuffin? The girl on the window told me I was holding their times up and they wanted to cut them down. I told her I was not going to drive all the way around the store to park for one sandwich. The manager got involved, started getting loud with me about times and told me to get out of his drive thru. I told him to just give me a refund at that point. By the time I got the refund and moved out of the line I could have gotten my one sandwich. This place is bad when it comes to parking, you wait ten minutes just to have to go inside when they forget things.
Why they make you park and worry about times? They have a contest between stores and the manager with the best times wins prizes. They park you so they can mark you off as served, while making you sit and wait ten minutes. If you refuse, they refund you your money and send you on your way. Their only concern is manufacturing fake times and not the customer themselves. I am not sure if this is McDonald’s policy or just the policy of the Sam Houston stores but when your managers value prizes and a trophy over customer service there is a serious problem. I will get in contact with corporate to find out if this is how corporate wants things run and if this is their standard operating procedure or just that of Houston Corp stores.
Either way, got my refund and went to the Burger King next store and got to sandwiches for the price of one of McDonald’s and the customer service is about you and not prizes for managers.

One star because it says this location is 24/7 but if you go around 6am they must be sleeping or something. 3 cars were in line for 10 mins finally we drove around honking and they started to take orders. But when we got our hashbrowns and breakfast sandwiches they were cold as if they had prepared them hours ago. Not worth going.

Unable to get simple orders correct. Twice now I’ve ordered a number 7 which is two burritos and apparently no one there can count past one. I guess they all need to go back to kindergarten to learn how to use their fingers to count. They also need to hire some people with more personality than that of a doormat. I’m sorry but the 3 times I have placed an order at this location, they NEVER make/bring out. I try to NOT go here but just went thru drive thru, they asked me to pull up 15 feet and had me sit there for 10 minutes, after no cars in the drive thru and I had to go in and ask for it,… then they started making it.

I work overnights at a nearby establishment so when I get off in the morning, I like to go to McDonald’s before I go home well this morning I placed an online order pulled up to the drive-through and the drive-through was blocked off which was fine. I waited for 10 minutes then called into the restaurant and asked what am I supposed to do if the drive-through is blocked off she got very nasty with me and told me that I can just cancel my order and leave I asked her how long it was gonna be and she said too long for me to wait.
Now, with that being my last bit of money until payday, I now do not have money and do not have food.

The inside of the lobby is maintained and relatively clean. Looks up to date per modern McDonald’s decor standards.
Employees are usually decently mannered, service however can be slow and I have recieved the wrong item a few times very consistently from this location. For example, a Bacon Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese ended up as Quarter Pounder Deuxe, a McCrispy sandwich ended up missing pickles/mayo, etc. Have also witnessed a few moments with management not properly responding to or training staff rudely or inadequately.
The main concern of this restaraunt is the lack of food control, I have personally recieved food poisoning multiple times from this location. That is completely unacceptable, once is already a transgression but multiple times over the course of months if not years is awful, and needs to be addressed. I’m also not the only person who has been affected this way.
