I would stay away from this McDonalds, i was mistreated here 3 consecutive times. I advise you to drive 4 minutes more and go to the one at John Young. They server a raw chicken sandwich, they take forever to serve you and they roll their eyes all the time. One time i asked for a barbecue sauce and the girl argued with me asking me to pay for the barbecue sauce otherwise she wouldn’t give me one. They are nuts, stay away.

I usually don’t do reviews but this location has been horrible everytime where I feel I NEED to share. Everytime I go the wait time is out of this world then when I finally speak to someone they get my order wrong everytime And over or under charge me. Then I wait another 10 minutes to get my 2-4 items then they’re wrong and then I get attitude because the location does not do their job right. I highly recommend avoiding this location. As you can see all the 1 star and negative reviews this place needs new owner/management asap.

I went through the drive thru and the order taker was automatically upgrading my meal to a Large without me prompting to do so. I had to correct her that I want it as it comes. I added a strawberry cream pie that, ironically, she didn’t offer or try to upsell me on. After departing the window and halfway to my destination, I opened the pie box and immediately noticed the expiration/hold sticker was ripped off the box. I thought that was odd. When I pulled the pie out it was well passed the hold time and very hard and stale, not to mention it had been burned while cooking. I called 10 TIMES!!! No one answered. I’m very disappointed and will contact corporate about the lack of availability to answer the phone. This should’ve been an easy fix.

Disgusting. The employees pretend not to see us so we used the kiosk to place our order. Food took very long to prepare. When we finally got the food, the fries were old and refilled in oil (see pictures attached) the burgers were greasy and gross. There was no ice available for our drinks. The employees were rude. They only talked amongst each other and played on their phones. This place should be shut down. Absolutely horrendous.

So I decided to go to McDonald’s because I haven’t had a big Mac in a really long time. I stopped eating it because in the past when I ate one of the burgers it tasted really nasty. But I was thinking today “well they probably come along way since then especially since all the bad news about their food so let me just try it one more time.” When I ordered my food I got free fries because of a mobile order coupon. When I started to eat my fries I got halfway in when I realized that in the middle of my fries was a huge fried bug. I threw up the fries That was in my mouth so quickly. This is absolutely disgusting, and unacceptable. They never gave me a receipt so I could never do a survey. But I went straight to the McDonald’s website and I filed a complaint. One thing is for sure I am never going back to McDonald’s ever again, you should do the same.
Update: recent visit
So after a very long time, I’ve decided to go back to this McDonald’s and eat with my husband. The experience was very poor. The food took extremely long to make. I was thinking well at least it’ll be fresh. If I have to wait that long for food I expect it to be fresh out the pot, that was not the case in this visit. Me and my husband both got double fish meals and they tasted very dry and very old. The french fries were tasteless. All the soda machines were out of the drinks, and the only thing that was pouring was mostly water. The staff were mediocre and rude. I thought maybe after a long time I would give this please another chance. I’m not going back here again. This McDonald’s needs a whole new staff, and a deep look into why the store is so horrible and the food is so nasty.

Very bad service. Ordered a lemonade and received a FULLY ice filled cup. When I asked for a refill it got rejected as there are no refills for lemonades. After reinforcing that I almost only got ice and no lemonade they insisted instead of just filling up my cup. That’s not what I would expect from a customer service oriented company like McDonald. Last time I came here.

This location use to have the best filet of fish but holy crap lately the buns are legit rock solid and stale ! This locations star rating has been going down hard lately too what a shame! Just horrible management as usual the owner is too busy making shitty blogs about there come up story online meanwhile all the locations they own are garbage the irony

I drink McDonalds unsweet iced tea every day and today at this establishment, the tea was quite off and did not taste anything like tea. I went back inside and the service person immediately say it’s unsweet ice tea. I hadn’t said anything yet. After her statement, I said it just doesn’t taste like unsweet tea, her response, well it is. She didn’t offer a refill or suggestion, so I asked for a refund, she says no refunds, store credit only. I said no thanks and left the 2 iced teas on the counter.

This was the worst McDonald’s food I’ve ever eaten. DO NOT eat here. The fries were undercooked, undersalted, and tasted like paper. The chicken nuggets were overcooked and paper thin. The McChicken had old lettuce. Even the hot chocolate was horrible. Everything was. There was also only one clean table.
