You are an Uber driver, I don’t recommend picking up orders from this location. There was not a single person in the Drive-Thru in the 15 minutes that I stood inside waiting. They were all standing around doing absolutely nothing. I get that it’s 3:30 in the morning. But you’re supposed to be working. Nobody’s doing anything. There’s four people in there. Maybe three. And nobody cares. How do these people even have jobs? I left after exactly 15 minutes because even though there was nobody in the Drive-Thru it still took 15 minutes to get me absolutely nothing. I’m standing there waiting for food that I can be delivering to make money. While they’re standing there making hourly money not doing a damn thing. Unbelievable.

The girl in the front counter sees me doesn’t say anything, turns her back and ignores everyone waiting for more than 5 minutes, not even a hello. No customer service skills at all. I receive my food and my fries are Cold and salt-less, i let it go because things happen. Then I go to eat my burger, I see there wasn’t any onions( I asked for only ketchup and onions) I hesitate because i can already feel the vibes at this location but I thought I deserved to at least have onions on my burger when I asked for it. So I go to the counter and ask the lady working front counter if they can just add some onions. She comes back with my sandwich and when I open it up it’s a giant pile of onions. I showed them the burger and they start smiling and all they can say was “you said extra onion” which I did not I just wanted my correct sandwich. They didn’t offer to help fix my problem so I just asked for a refund. On top of that I got a sandwich with my reward points but they also threw away. They definitely need new managers and employees in the night. If you can’t handle McDonald’s then what can you do in life? let’s get it together guys muah

This McDonalds is SUPPOSEDLY 24 hours but when I went through the druve thru last night at around 3 am coming home from a family gathering I was told with a very nasty attitude by the guy on the speaker that they had stopped taking orders. You CANNOT advertise as 24 hours if you are just going to be lazy and stop taking orders whenever you feel like it. I am a usual customer of this store but I can guarantee I will never go there again.

This is probably one of the best McDonald’s I have ever lived by. I only do the drive thru but the team is always so nice and friendly. I rarely have to wait for my food. Never have issues with my order.
Tonight I did have to wait a little bit which was fine since I had a semi large order but they were so nice and even gave me an extra pie for the wait.

This place needs to be shut down. Horrible service, staff is very rude, the place is disgusting has roaches and rats. Staff was outside smoking weed in the parking lot. They don’t even wear uniforms properly, pants sagging hair loose and dirty. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I attempted to redeem my points but then told them to cancel and they still took my points from me. If I did not actually complete my order why were the points taken? The staff member with his horrible service still put the order redeem through because I said I didn’t want to order anymore. Very unprofessional this place needs to be closed.

So last night I was experiencing what some may “hunger”. So, I put in a mobile order for 6 nuggies Med Fries and A sweet tea/lemonade… easy right? WRONG!!!! bro i pull up and theres about 5 cars in line which shouldnt cause chaos cause as someone whos worked at mcds before 5 cars is light work. So anyways i pull up to the window then the next window then the next window having to repeat my order about 4 times. So then I still get the wrong order so i pull back around and i let them know at the speaker and they tell me to move forward in that moment theres a silly girl trying to cut me in line so she ends up bumping my car and acting like it wasnt on purpose when i know it was since she kept inching forward. anyways then i get to all the windows where i had to repeat my order again each time then i park at the front door where they asked my order one last time and i finally got my food got the keep the other one but i still DID NOT GET MY SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE WHICH RUINED EVERYTHING so needless to say im never coming back here IDDDD RATHERRR STARVEEE
