Poor management and repeated mistakes.
We ordered through DoorDash and only received half of our order. The bag was sealed, so DoorDash could not check it. When we spoke with the manager, Gustavo, he acknowledged that this was the second time this location messed up our order and even remembered the previous incident. Despite admitting the mistake, he refused to remake the missing items or allow us to pick them up, even though we already paid DoorDash fees and a tip that were not refunded. Instead, he offered a small fry or one of the cheapest sandwiches on the menu. That response shows a lack of accountability and poor customer service. This McDonald’s consistently gets orders wrong, and management does not take responsibility when it happens.
As to previous order it was a burned chicken sandwich. We returned it and requested it to be remade.
This is a constant theme here unfortunately.

This location is horrible. I never get the apple juice with my sons kids meal (has happened more than 5 times now, I need to learn my lesson and not come back), I was missing my grinch salt TWICE, and they are always forgetting sauces. I always have to check the bag because their accuracy is awful. Don’t worry, I usually understand because I work in the industry, but this just broke the camels back. Today I ordered breakfast well before breakfast and as over (9am) and ordered a Frappe, they decided not to tell me until the pickup window (speaker box and first window are opportunities to give time to think about what I’d want instead) that they are “cleaning the machine” and don’t have frappes available. I was offered an orange juice which is around $3 when my frappe was $5. I asked for a peppermint mocha and they apparently were out too. at the store level, there has to be a way to update the availability of your products. Obviously there is because the Grinch meal is sold out. This location needs to do better. Order accurately, schedule cleanings for machines at appropriate times, and check the bags to make sure everything is accurate. I’d be ashamed if I was the manager of this store. Now, to try to get some of my money back from the app. I know that’s going to be a nightmare.

I often stop by this McDonald’s late at night after work, and unfortunately my experiences have been consistently negative due to one employee working the drive-thru during those hours. Her tone is very rude, she does not acknowledge customers or respond to “thank you,” and on multiple occasions she has closed the window before I am finished paying. The behavior feels disrespectful and makes the visit unpleasant. I hope management addresses this, as customer service is an important part of the experience.

This is a very famous location. Allegedly Stephan Sterns stopped here to buy a raspberry danish for Madeline Soto, who subsequently disappeared on the morning of February 26. 2024. She was on her way to Hunters creek middle school on that morning.

Never had problem with this place but tonight was horrible. At 3:37am was picking up and order and this tm was rude and didn’t explain anything. Order online, got shakes, they didn’t have and the app was not updated. At the beginning she offered only pastries and when I said I didn’t want pastries, didn’t let me finish, she only gave me the ticket and closed the window. When ask about a refund or something else for a change, in a rude tone and bother about the questions, she just said no and to just go to the other window. When we got to the other window the guy, very nice, ask to move to the next pickup window that our order will be given there. When pull over after 2 cars were served the same tm in a hurry give us the order and forgot the drinks. Then arguing with someone inside, was very uncomfortable, lie about asking for a change and us having all the options about given to us. Then lie about us not having drinks and when I started pulling the receipt, she change and said we only had small drinks, it was one small and a substitute for the shake large, that gave and when ask about straws said that it was inside, no straws. All this time in a rude tone and arguing with someone inside.

Just did an order through the app and they didn’t have available the any shake (and i had 2 in the orders) no problem with that but the employee (name Sidel) telling us didn’t mention that she didn’t remove the items of the order, and when i ask about it she said they couldn’t do anything bc was a mobile order, all good with that but she was very rude and keep on forgetting items and stuff in the order and even screaming in the background about me, also i lost the money for the shakes and didn’t get it back in any way. So not only get the very rude service but also get money stolen.

Probably been here about 20 times in the last six months and was only able to get food three out of the 20 times because the other 17 times they were closed at around 4 o’clock in the morning even though there’s a sign outside that says open 24 hours. This place is just straight trash… never again

I have a very mixed experience with this place, I live nearby and often work online at McDonald’s in the mornings.
This Mac is now cleaner than the others, well maintained and clean inside.
The managers often hold meetings and do it loudly in the hall, and there is a sense of disrespect for the customer’s presence, it seems that if you are the only customer, it is not appreciated.
The signs on the opening hours are not true, they are not open 24 hours, until 5:00. The lobby is closed even if you said you wanted to come.

Standard McDonalds, good staff and pretty clean. The parking lot and routing around the double drive through is a little inconvenient and the parking lot in general is a little tight. There is every likely good that if you park near the drive through you will get blocked in. I would keep this in mind when you are parking.
