I stopped at this McDonald’s out of necessity, which includes me starving.
The service was quick. There was practically nobody in line at the so-called drive-through.
The workers being paid what they are paid had the attitude of anybody that was being paid what they are being paid so I can’t blame the workers they did what they do.
Being that I was starving, I consumed my food as they call it , fries, chicken nuggets, and some other type of meat material that was mechanically separated from a chicken .
I can’t wait for AI to develop and create a menu that is strictly targeted for my consumption needs. I’m just late. McDonald’s would not be a place that AI would recommend me to go by the way. I did get a so-called sweet tea. I shouldn’t have done it. It was horrible..
The total cost was a value meal of almost 6 dollars which I could barely afford due to this very difficult economy right now.
I consume the food that I could consume basically the so-called potatoes couple of chicken nuggets and I ended up with the most horrible intense bitter acid reflux later that night I kept praying for it to go away, and I even had like a half a bottle of Pepto-Bismol but I knew it had to be the McDonald’s food that I consumed. I hadn’t been to McDonald’s in maybe eight months maybe 9 1/2 months I don’t know what they’re putting in their food. Maybe my taste buds have changed.

Gotta do better. All I ordered for my baby because the whole house is sick was a happy meal and even after asking the Hispanic woman if the sauce and extra fries were in there she said yes. I got 5 nuggets and 10 actual fries. I tried calling 3 times you guys don’t answer the phone I’m guessing you are busy. I’ll be there tomorrow I’m hoping to get no argument when I ask for a replacement happy meal on McDonald’s. See you tomorrow

I hadn’t been to McDonald’s in months, but I stopped here today because I hadn’t eaten much that day and needed something quick on the way to an event. Unfortunately, my order was mostly incorrect, and I didn’t have time to go back right away.
The bigger issue was that after eating most of the food, I took my first bite of the chicken snack wrap and the chicken was raw/rubbery. That was really upsetting and obviously a serious food safety concern.
After my event I came back and spoke with the store manager. Yolanda explained that she wasn’t on shift at the time my order was made but was professional, respectful, and handled the situation well. She explained the policy about refunds but still helped me out and refunded the meal, which I appreciated.
I’m grateful for her professionalism — I just hope the kitchen side improves because raw chicken should never happen.

They were fast in the drive thru, but my food order came wrong. No lettuce, tomatoes or any sauce in my deluxe chicken crispy. Just plain bread, chicken and pickles. I’m disappointed. Only saw this after driving away. Never got a receipt either.

Ordered a big Mac that had the thinnest patties I had ever seen. We took a number to have someone bring the food to the table, but the called my name to get it. Was dine in and came in a bag. Lot’s of young teens hanging out inside not eating so tables were very scarce. Had to ask one of them if the mind moving so we can sit.

This place is horrible. It took 25 minutes for a burger and fry. Everyone else is getting their food being in the drive thru. But I have to wait in the parking spot. I’ve never once had a good experience here. If you want quick food NEVER GO HERE!! And to top it off my burger and fries had no warm temperature to them. Never coming here again

The employees are nice but this is my second bad experience in 2 months. Last month a bought the holiday pie, 3 of them to be exact and they taste like they went bad. I bought them for my kids. Not even myself, I’m so happy something told me to taste it because I would’ve gave each of them one, I felt really bad because my 2 year old already ate a few bites. It also smelt bad. Today I ordered a Big Mac and while chewing I felt something hard so I spit all of the food out. I seen something black. So I spread it out and it was a piece of thread! How disturbing

By far the worst service at a McDonald’s. We live close by and used to frequent this place often. But THEY NEVER HAVE YOUR ORDER READY in the drive thru. We have always had to park and wait at least 15mins. And it happens every time we go now. That’s not fast food, that’s not acceptable for drive thru times. We don’t ever have a complicated order and yet we always have to wait. Do yourself a favor and drive to another one. I guarantee it’ll take less time than waiting for these plodding people.
