This is a very modern, large and clean McDonald’s, it also happens to be Solar Powered with plenty of inside and outside seating available. You can order from your seat, a kiosk or mobile order. My wife and I had been wanting to check it out for quite some time so we finally were able to do so. We ordered from the kiosk and picked a table. Our food was prepared very quickly so it was hot and fresh. There was a server going around the tables asking if we needed anything and even brought us some ketchup packets after asking if we needed some, which we did. We enjoyed our meals and like this location for it’s proximity to the parks.

This was honestly one of the best McDonald’s experiences I’ve had in a long, long time. The location is huge, incredibly clean, modern, and very well maintained. There was no rush at all, which made the experience even more pleasant.
We ordered breakfast and had a few special requests. Due to our own mistake, the order was initially prepared incorrectly, but the staff changed it immediately at no charge—even though the food was already ready. That level of customer service really stood out.
The manager (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name) was absolutely amazing along with the the guy who took our order. She was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful, and you could tell she cared about customer satisfaction.
Amazing customer service all around. Easily one of the best McDonald’s locations I’ve visited in a very long time. Highly recommend this location.

What to say. It was Saturday night after magic kingdom fireworks. About 11:30. Went inside to place 2 Togo orders off the kiosk menus. No special instructions at all. 44 minutes for one order and 52 minutes for the other order after many inquiries about our orders. People that ordered at the kiosk were getting their orders within 10-15 minutes. I don’t know what the issue was, but it was very frustrating. Won’t be here again.

This is usually the freshest food a McDonald’s serves but the food itself has gone down in quality that being fresh doesn’t help.
The restaurant is very clean and organized. So much better than a normal one. That’s because it’s on Disney property.

We ended our long day at Disneyworld with a quick McDonald’s. This location was much nicer than the ones I’m used to at home. The restaurant was spotless, and the cleaning lady was incredibly friendly and sweet. The food was exactly what you’d expect from McDonald’s.
The only downside was the wait. Besides us, there were maybe two other couples dining. I guess the drive-thru was also busy?

At this McDonald’s location, the service was terrible. They didn’t serve the food as ordered, and while customers were waiting, the employees were gathered in the kitchen chatting with each other instead of working. I wasn’t the only one dissatisfied—several people were complaining about the poor service. They definitely need to improve their organization and customer service.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuinely great service. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the food came out almost instantly. The space was clean and inviting, with lush green walls that made it feel fresh and modern. I especially appreciated the iPads for little ones—such a thoughtful touch. We go here often after visiting Disney for a late snack. Lines aren’t that bad with a lot of families heading here after one of the Disney parks closes. Inside, there’s kiosks for kids to play while they wait for their food. Staff usually gets the orders right, maybe 1 out of 10 orders there’s a small miss but like all places, always check your order. Food is typical McDonald’s so if you’re looking for something better, you’d have to drive another 15 minutes out to Irlo Highway to reach the other food chains.

So sad to say this but HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The night shift here is AWFUL. It’s a nice location but if you think the service is up to par you’re highly mistaken. As an uber eats delivery driver I am disgusted with the unprofessional staff at this location. I came to pick up an order at 2am, the note on the uber app says after 12am drive thru ONLY. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line only to be told that I have to come inside if it’s uber order, I tried to explain that I made the line because of the note on the app and they completely blew me off and said “IT DOSEN’T MATTER, YOU HAVE TO COME IN ANYWAY.” And so I parked and did that and then stood there for another 15 mins being completely IGNORED by the entire staff. I kept asking if it this was the correct order to take and they kept ignoring me without confirming. By the way…. The order was just 1 order of cookies!!!! What a horrible experience. Sorry, but I’m working and I’m not unprofessional like that! Please reach out to me for more details on this incident!
