Start off it was around 1pm, it was almost empty. No crowd at all, the young lady taking our order seemed confused and definitely not very articulate. She seemed to struggle with basic English… if thats the person dealing with the public, They should probably know the menu and be able to communicate. Then after we placed our order and paid, we were informed one of our items had to be remade and would take a 6min wait. Fast forward 10min, and were looking at the counter person and nothing, not even acknowledging us… so much for ” fast food “…
Finally it comes out and no sorry, thanks for waiting, nothing… just a total ignoring us. Just seemed like they were bothered by us coming in. Again, the place was almost completely empty and they could not be bothered with customers. Terrible service
Wouldn’t recommend this location for anyone to come to.

The only one helpful was the manager, who was actually nice and resolved a concern. The young girl at the drive thru was completely clueless and apparently has no social skills. The young lady handing me my food was more interested in her cell phone than actually working. I don’t expect world class service bc it’s fast food but at least do something. This isn’t my first bad experience at this location but it will be my last as I’m done with this place.

Order is always wrong & always takes so long that food is cold and stale! I’ve never ordered from this location and there not be an issue. I’ve been living near this location for 6 months now. Never once have they been “fast” or correct & definitely never both at once. Today I encountered an entirely new issue that’s very concerning. The only open spout as well as the ice dispensing part of the dining room drink station was significantly leaking water droplets. Like a consistent condensation drop. There was no way to make a drink without droplets with an unimaginable amount of bacteria getting into your drink. This is a huge health concern and should be immediately remedied!

They find a new way to disappoint every time. I go back out of convenience after gaslighting myself into thinking “maybe they won’t mess it up this time.” Alas. This time my ICED coffee was warm, no sugar, and had coffee grounds sunk at the bottom. I think I’ve finally learned my lesson and I WILL spread the word.

This location almost always gets my order wrong or incomplete. Tonight, I bought and ordered one of the 40 pc nugget bundles and recieved a whole pack of raw chicken nuggets. Always open and check every item in your bag before leaving the drive thru.

I don’t like assuming the worst so I gave this McDonald’s 3 chances… and got let down each time. Just go to the one on East Colonial.
The service at this one is always miserable no matter the time of day, long waits, they forget to add food you paid for, and today I paid for a quarter pounder ($7 burger btw) and they gave me a stale burger clearly left out for hours. Credit where it’s due, the emotionless cashier did at least give me a remake.
The McDonald’s at 10401 has way nicer staff, is way faster even during busy hours, and never screws up my order. Don’t go to this one.

FOOD is cold and tasteless. Skip this location. Drive a bit further to university and Alafaya where food and service is always good.
