Waited 30 minutes in the curbside pickup spot just for a coffee and a bacon, egg, and cheese even though I paid five minutes before arriving. The staff seemed totally unorganized, and no one bothered to update me or apologize. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had completely unacceptable for such a simple order.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever. No matter what time of day or night you visit, you will surely be parked. When you inquire about the wait time, you are told they are short staffed. 9 times out of 10 you will get the wrong food as well. We enjoy a McDonald’s breakfast from time to time, but we will never return to this location, due to the rude, untrained staff. Customer service does not exist here!

So let me get this straight. I choose this place and use the drive thru because its “fast” food. Yet, at every location customers are asked to park after ordering. Now theres only a few reasons for this. I know the main reason is to get off their time clock. Which really is a form of fraud. I say this because complying with this just a thought solution that the workers are pushing out food in an orderly and acceptable time frame therefore I refuse to participate in the scam any longer.

So I came back to store and received outstanding service by the manager.
As you can see it clean and they a place for children to play which is so cool.
I love this when I was younger.
They have a great team working here so show them love when you visit .

Horrible, horrible place! Girls in the window wanna be disrespectful and the manager wants to argue on how the redeem points works in the app. Then continue to bad mouth me as I’m walking out the door. So when she set me off and I really gave her a reason to run her mouth she played victim and said she was gonna call up her man to come to the front. This is after the other customer in front of me just complained about the same exact issue. But if course that customer was a female so she got free food. Meanwhile I get argued with. Typical. Clearly this isn’t the only issue considering they have gotten nothing but negative reveiws in the last two weeks. If your employees are unhappy to work there. Whoever the GM is. Let me know. I’ll happily come take their job. If not. Fix the issue. Just an absolute horrible experience here. The saddest thing is they are the closest one to my house with a playplace. But I will not bring my duaghters here if they are gonna be taught and shown that it’s ok to act that way towards anybody. Regardless of race or skin color or gender. Just sickening. Gonna give someone an attitude at the drive through window and then the manager is gonna proceed to argue with a customer… OVER HOW TO REDEEM REWARDS POINTS! OVER HOW LONG IVE BEEN THERE! NO APOLOGY FOR THE ATTITUDE I GOT FROM THE TWO EMPLOYEES BEFOR HER RUNNING THE DRIVE THROUGH. INSTEAD SHE BLAMED IT ON THE GM! AFTER COMPING THE WOMANS MEAL IN FRONT OF WHO HAD THE SAME EXACT ISSUE! BS!

This is the worst store in this Orlando area. I live nearby, but I prefer driving a little farther to eat better; however, sometimes I don’t have time, so I go to this store. Sandwiches are always poorly made, with lettuce and tomatoes all over the place, never inside the sandwich. The bread is always chewy and tastes old, never like the pictures you see on the menu. Tables are ‘always” greasy. It used to be good years ago, but now they’ve relaxed and only take orders… terrible service.

Here is an idea if someone is waiting up front ask what they need… that’s customer service. Instead they look directly at me and walk away. Meanwhile my order is bagged and just sitting there is was looking directly at it the whole time. If you do no want to deal with people maybe a job in customer service is not for you 2 girls both looked at me twice one came up gave someone else their food the hurried to get back behind the wall

Awosme! Manager is Awosme! I ordered online and he greeted me, told me their latte machine wasn’t working so I was able to order the same thing just in an iced coffee. Same adjustments with cream and sure everything. They even gave me an extra apple pie! Love this place!
