This McDonald’s is HUGE and feels like an attraction on its own. The kids loved the PlayPlace and arcade, and eating upstairs made it easy to keep an eye on them. Only downside: no drink refills on the second floor, which is a bit annoying with kids The menu has extra options you don’t normally see (pizza, pasta, waffles), it gets busy and loud, and prices are slightly higher but still worth doing once with kids.

I usually give a review of three stars for McDonalds restaurants. Sometimes two cause of rising costs and poor service. This one receives four stars. It’s a unique one. You order at a kiosk- maybe a total of 15- and then someone brings your meal to your table. Food average and cleanliness was excellent.

I’m not sure why this place only has 3 stars… perhaps folks have michelin level expectations for a classic fast food joint. But me and my family spent a fantastic 45 minutes here.
We ordered a round of breakfasts (omelettes, chocolate cake, belgian waffles, sausage burritos) and another round of lunch to go (pizza and nugget happy meal featuring nintendo-aka-my-fav toys). All of the foods tasted delicious, except the waffle which was a bit plain without the fruity dressings I expected to get.
Ordering was easy using the kiosk. Grabbing a number and chilling at one of their many many table areas on until the friendly staff delivers it to you. My toddler loved playing the arcade games, although lost wayy to much credits to the stupid claw game with paw patrol toys. I mean come on 12 credits for a rigged game? He also loved the play area, with one specifically designed for younger kids. They even had a few screens with preloaded games scattered throughout the area.
There’s some other cool stuff like a fish tank, and ice cream bar, a garbage cruncher. As well as some very cool murals, retro signs and the piano dude playing suave tunes from the ceiling. Oh and a random alligator because Florida.
Anyways it’s been a foodie dream of mine to try a bite here… I mean McDonalds has globally shaped the concept of food in a way that no one else has. So why not try some of their experiments?

This place is disgusting. I ordered a breakfast sandwich only to find mold on the sandwich..I called to speak to a manager, and he didn’t seem bothered or apologetic that the sandwich McDonald’s served a customer was inedible and a health concern! What if a child or an elderly person were to eat this and not see it? This McDonald’s doesn’t deserve any stars, and the health department needs to pay them a visit! Please cook from home because this establishment and its employees clearly don’t care about the health of customers.

It still is what it is – McDonalds – but it was a very cool experience. Unique items such as pasta and pizza were surprisingly not terrible, but unsurprisingly not the best either. A decent meal yet incredibly pricy for what it is, certainly a “once and done” novelty for myself.
Inside was incredibly busy and chaotic, with some confusion between the kitchen side vs. the pizza/pasta side. I don’t fault them for the wait time, given how busy it was, but some more direction or signage while waiting would be helpful.

Best McDonald’s I have ever been to and I love McDonald’s. My family is there several times a week. We have visited locations all over the USA. The employees were attentive and kind and the best part of our visit. The food was hot and fresh. The service was QUICK. The restaurant was clean. We ate there twice this week, while on vacation in Orlando.

I had such a great experience at this McDonald’s branch! The place is honestly so good and unique, and the pizza was surprisingly really yummy. The service was amazing — there was a guy who helped us (sadly we didn’t catch his name), but he was incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely helpful. He made our experience even better and really stood out. Since it was my first time trying this branch, he made it extra special. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
