Today, January 20th of this year, the young woman with dyed reddish hair, who appears to be Hispanic, seems to be having problems with racism and doesn’t seem to like her job. I respect everyone’s needs, but I’m paying for a service, and just as I say good morning and speak respectfully, I expect the same treatment. They should give her a course on how to work with the public and under pressure.

Not ordering from this location again used to be good now almost all the time you can see the color of the food as if was fried on old dark oil and fries are stale almost all the time please be more careful with food quality someone could get food poisoning by you guys serving old food and cold! Thats why i rather travel extra 15 minutes to go to another location even tho this is right beside my house would love for this location to lock in and take it serious.

I never thought I’d have such a negative experience at McDonald’s, but this visit really left me upset. From the start, I felt like I was being treated differently than other customers. The staff were friendly to others but rude and dismissive toward me, and it honestly felt like discrimination. No one should ever feel uncomfortable or disrespected while trying to get a simple meal.
To make things worse, my order was wrong, and when I asked politely for it to be fixed, I was met with attitude instead of understanding. I left feeling disheartened and unwelcome. I truly hope McDonald’s management takes this issue seriously and ensures all employees are trained to treat every customer with fairness, respect, and dignity.

This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. My stomach gets upset ONLY at this location. They ALWAYS fail to make orders correctly. We’re almost ALWAYS missing something in our order. And this is the only McDonald’s I’ve been to that asks you to wait up front EVERY single time we order. This location claims to be open 24 hours but there were several nights where we were told they’re closed or simply do not get a response. This is the ONLY McDonald’s I’ve ever encountered this many issues at one location.

If I could’ve rated this location a zero star I would to start off with I went through the drive through and this female started talking loudly in the intercom but I didn’t let that interrupt so I proceed and she asked me if I had a online code so me and someone else in the car with me was waiting for the phone to show up the code so she then says to us SO DO YOU GOT A CODE while she increasing her tone so we said miss just a moment so we get done with our order and she say is that all you want are you done loud again so we get to the first window and there was a dark skin male there and he did his job well so after paying we went to the second window and there’s where the problem starts again so we finally get are order and it was a one medium French fry, one McFlurry, and one ice cream cone, all that we asked for but the SERVICE was very poor and disrespectful it started to get good but it was a the end when it came to giving us the ice cream cone so the staff gave it to us but we stayed there to ask can it be in a cup so the female i guess, she got agitated and aggressive, so we tried to give it back, so they can put it in a cup for it wouldn’t fall while giving it to her but she went and got a cup and tried to throw it on the ice cream cone while handing it to her out the window and end up hitting the car at the bottom so she got another one and did it again and that time she made it but it was very disrespectful and I was very disappointed coming from a person who likes getting food from McDonald’s I will never be going back to there ever again because my experience and this is not my first time going through this at McDonald’s this company has very disrespectful employees I thank Burger King, and Wendy’s has given us better respect and customer service at this McDonald’s location it’s only happened’s at 1:30pm to 5:00pm early in the morning it’s no problem night give us a little problems but evening just disrespectful mostly all the females McDonalds please do better with who you pick to run your business they are breaking it down have a great day or night.

DO NOT DRINK THEIR SWEET TEA . It made me throw up and I never unless it’s seriously something wrong .I don’t think they clean the tea canisters and it will leave you feeling horrible even like you were poisoned . I called spoke to a brainless manager who didn’t give me any feedback on whether she would look into or anything . But it’s all good I’m just warning you save your money or be drinking E.coli brewed tea!!!!!!!!!!
