There phone number is not working ordered from here thru door dash and missing 2 fries delivery have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for orders when it’s called fast food. food received cold.

The store was very slow. It took over ten minutes to get my order. When my food came out the fries were cold and stale with the exception of one or two. There was a group of managers in the store having a meeting, I had one of them try one of the fries, mentioned how long I had to wait for stale food and they just shrugged it off. I also had to ask three different employees to get a straw for my drink.
It looks like they have done some renovations to make the place look nicer but the management doesn’t care about customer service for food safety.

All employees lost!! I bought my combo and waited for more than 30 minutes inside the car. The employee said that the fries were missing!! This is absurd, the customer waiting for more than 20 minutes for a fried cockroach!! And they still had the ability to ship me only the fries and not the entire combo, saying that they had already delivered everything to me!!

Always the coldest lobby of all McDonalds I go to in the area. Turn the AC down sheesh. Even employees wearing winter wear. It’s hot outside! My food got cold quick. Also, forgot onions on my burger. I love McDs. Please do better. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. More attention to the front desk would be nice. No charging ports / anti-loitering.

Tried to use the app for a lunch doing travel – and restaurant was “not accepting orders”. Left I-75 to dine in and: 3 out 4 kiosks were “out of order” and only one cashier. Of course drive-thru was packed. Great restroom break – will never stop here ever again.

Where is McDonald’s ever and there’s a lot of bad ones but this one popped them off they gave me the wrong order they made it seem like it was about money when I came to get my order fixed. The manager seen me soon as I walked in the door and she had an attitude very nasty Not willing to help. All the employees and they’re staring at me like I did something wrong. Plate was covered with water. There’s no apology. The food was all broken in half. No nothing avoid this place.

Super clean store with a fantastic staff. Kevin, the manager, was so courteous and his staff is running a nice restaurant. His staff was washing windows while we were here and the place was very tidy and clean. In and out quickly with hot food.
