My order is KS17. I ordered 1 mcRib meals and 1 McRib sandwich together with other items, and the ordered was completely processed.
We picked up our orders, and went to my sisters house in Clermont but not knowing inside both of the McRib boxes, both of my sandwiches are placed 2 hamburgers buns with a dry patties and pickles. I tried to report this on McDonald app but cant find where to report. Don’t buy McRib here! SEE PHOTOS! Do they both look like McRib photo from McDonald’s app to you?? Ridiculous hamburger mcRib right? I am McRib Fan but not anymore after this.

Friendly service is standard at any other McDonald’s. I found clean restrooms and a well-maintained children’s area. There’s also a reasonable amount of parking. Most importantly, the food, all on time and with the same quality as any other McDonald’s.

There was a beautiful girl at the counter with fair skin and colored eyes who helped me out today, McDonald’s is not a place you feel like you’re going to get exceptional service but she made me feel like i was a 5 star restaurant. I just feel bad that she has to deal with her rude attitude having manager, she was a heavy set African American lady with long dreads that was just being so rude to her staff, she even cut off her conversation with me and the cashier to scold her about some trivial. Other than the rude manager this location was delight

Arriving at 4:30 AM, I was in the drive-thru only to be told at the speaker that your “systems are down.”If you cannot process orders, please have the courtesy to physically close the entrance or turn off the lights. Inviting customers into the queue when you are unable to serve them shows a distinct lack of respect for their time and poor situational awareness

Why are your morning employees showing up late? Not providing services to paying customers and having a poor performance attitude? I come in at 6:00am early to get my coffee and your employee is telling me there that there not open? What!!!!! Are you keedmg me. This is a waist of my time. I had to use the kiosk just to get a cup of coffee? This is unacceptable, your employees problems or poor performance personal attitude is not my problem. I have been nothing but respectful to staff at this location. Im going to come back at 6:00am and I want a cup of coffee like everyone else. Its a said day as a veteran that I have tk be discriminated against becusse of someone else ignorance. This is a disgrace and poor customer service. It is unlawful to discriminat against me. For any reason. The coffee was good. But the service was poor.

I was just stopping in to get a tea. I place all my orders through the app nowadays. While in front I was approached by not one employee, but two employees for service.

At a time when McDonalds is going to self service and moving the drink station to the back and it averages over 5 minutes just to be acknowledged, it’s nice to see a team trained for customer service.

I wish I had their names to acknowledge them specifically. Joshua was one and the other had his hair in a headwrap.

you know what you’re getting. The food is decent, but not always fresh depending on the location and time. Service can be hit or miss, and the fries are great when hot but soggy when not. Overall, it’s fine for convenience, but nothing special.

Kiosk was out of paper. When I started telling cashier he cut me off before I finished speaking to tell me total which kinda rude. But he was nice when came to my table with tray and drinks. However my order was missing my nuggets and my son’s customized sandwich was wrong. They corrected mistake but had an attitude like it was a bother for them to correct their mistake. So had potential to be good review except for the attitude ruined our experience.

The app allowed me to place a counter pickup order after 11 PM but their dining room was closed. Update your hours in the app to prevent this! I then went through the drive through and was skipped. When someone finally spoke to me I explained the situation and all she said was “Pull to the second window. Click”

ordered through app Big Mac no cheese (allergy) and they took it off the top but not the bottom. There was also a weird bitter substance on the lid of my drink that smelled and tasted like cleaning chemicals.
