Everything was great, employees were quick and timely. I left with my food on my way into work and as I was drinking my Caramel Iced Coffee I almost choked on a piece of tin foil that shot up through my straw. Never once have I been so disappointed and disgusted by the lack of care put into my coffee. I get McDonald’s coffee before work very frequently and this is the first time it’s ever happened. I am just grateful I realized it was there before I swallowed it.

This is absolutely the worst McDonald’s in Orlando. The managers at this place are horrible people who don’t even speak properly to customers when they are forgetting items in the bag for money that we spend. They hang up the phone on you and won’t tell you their name when asking for it. What kind of manager doesn’t give the customers their name? Why was I hung up on when you guys forgot half of my order. Why do I have to resort to posting a comment here? So management can be re looked at and simple order process can be fixed. Do better at hiring better managers McDonald’s. The other staff is fine. The managers here are trash.

On February 13, 2026 I placed a mobile order in the McDonald’s app for $11.07. When I arrived at the store, the employees told me the order never came through their system and asked me to place it again. I had already been charged, but since I was there I placed another order for $13.83. I also lost my 20% coupon because it was used on the first order.
The store told me to contact customer service for a refund. I did, and was told it would take 5 business days. After multiple emails and phone calls (Feb 26 and March 2), I was repeatedly told the refund was “submitted,” but I still have not received it. I even suggested a simple $11.07 gift card to resolve the issue, but no one followed up.
Today is March 7 and I still have no refund, no gift card, and no call back. It should not take nearly a month to resolve an $11 charge caused by a system issue. Very disappointing customer service.

Just left the drive through with an orange juice, that is so watered down… the taste is horrendous! That and the drive through lady (at least in her mid 50’s) gave us our meal and said 67 like 10 times… if I wanted to hang out with the 67 crew I would have brought my 8 year old lol wth just happened?

Fast food that is slow as a snail. It took about 45min to serve my order. I place my order, after 20min they reorder because somehow they lost it. 25 min after I received it. The main reason I stopped here is for a fast service, not the food. If they can’t deliver Fast food then is not worth it.

Absolutely ridiculous. It’s 3 AM, I got off of work haven’t eaten all day and McDonald’s is “OPEN”, i order through the app with the last $14 that I have.. the attendant immediately gave me attitude and said I must cancel my order because they are not taking any more orders. Im already upset, I go to cancel and it would not let me because apparently my food was being prepped. I called and there was a Spanish woman seemed older thick accent, absolutely gave me nasty tone not listening to what I said. When I repeated for the third time my order will not cancel because it is apparently prepped already , she hung up. Right after, the order canceled on it’s own but now I have to wait 7 days for refund on the last money I had.

I just left there a few minutes ago and I’m pissed. They are literally standing around laughing and yapping their lives away and not attending to customers. I stood in the pick up line along with 2 other customers for about 10 minutes and nobody came. They just stood around talking and joking their lives away. If it weren’t for the young man yelling “hello” nobody would have ever come. Please get it together. This is not ok!
