Just went through the drive thru and ordered a 10 nugget meal, and 2 apple pies. Get to the window and was told they don’t have apple pies so the employee asked if we wanted Holiday pies instead. We asked what flavor they were and the employee was unable to answer. Fine. We accept the pies and go to eat them and they are rock hard and completely dried out. It’s 9:20PM and the time stamp says please enjoy by 4:33PM. They gave us pies that were sitting for 5 hours. I’ve had a lot of bad McD’s experiences but this has to be the worst by far. If these pies were sitting for 5 hours what else has been sitting for an extended time frame? I don’t even want to think about it.

Placed an Uber order here on Dec 14th, our driver said the restaurant employee said there was no order and was just playing on his phone. I called the restaurant several times with no answer. It’s difficult to cancel an order on Uber without either the customer or driver being penalized. When it’s a restaurant issue Uber requests the restaurant cancel. We’ve been trying to cancel the order for the last hour and Uber keeps reassigning drivers. I wish I could say this is the first time we’ve had issues with this location but we’ve had several. Will not be back and do not recommend!

nuggets in a bag, are we serious. i’m also missing nuggets, my food is ice cold and i wasn’t given any sauce when i ordered them. literally the only correct and edible part of my order was my dr pepper and you couldn’t screw that up if you tried.

if i could give them 0 stars i would every single time me or friends or family have gone to this location something is wrong. they have u wait at the speaker for 10 minutes minimum then thats when they tell you oh! we dont have chicken items or yeah we dont have any beef or oops we aren’t taking card or we are only taking cash better yet our system is down. today i placed a mobile order for fries guess what they were miraculously out of fries. i asked for a refund they said oh bc we arent fulfilling the order you will get a refund in 24hrs… so now i just have to hope for a refund.

If I could give zero I would. The people behind the counter who work here are very incompetent, rude, sarcastic, and nasty people. Every time I go here they have an attitude, they’re rude, or they don’t get my order right. I’ve had MULTIPLE bad encounters but one today was I ordered a medium frappe which is $5.21 and they gave me a small with no notice or words saying that mediums were unavailable which they weren’t bc other ppl were getting mediums and a small is $3.48 and they refused to give me a refund or at least the $2 they stole from me and NEVER go there at night they SUCK they never take your order and if they do you’ll never get it. The afternoon crew and morning crew are TERRIBLE workers who all have an attitude problem. I wish I could say more but I am truly furious at how bad this place is.

They forgot my hash brown, I drove back around and they made me wait at the last window. This is after I already waited the first time mind you. And I should have checked my egg McMuffin when I went back for my hashbrown because they forgot the Canadian bacon. That’s a first for me! overall they are terrible. And I would think being in WP bougie they would be better. My fault for not going to a better place. I was just trying to get something quick.

I work right down the street from this store I have been going to this McDonalds since they moved from Orlando Ave. The last year the service has been so bad I keep hoping something would change but it seems to be getting worse than the previous visit. I used to work at McDonalds when I was in my teens and I understand the drive thru times make a difference with the efficiency of the store for corporate but when I use technology by ordering ahead on the app just to breeze through the line and be asked to park every time and sit for 10 to 15 minutes “nothing in the store takes longer than 4 to 5 minutes to cook” is just bad management. Today I ordered a Fish filet meal at 12:06, gave my code at the speaker at 12:14 asked to park, I finally had enough and walked in at 12:30 to grab my order which was just getting ready to be brought out to me. I don’t normally give reviews but hopefully this gets back to the owner or store Manager to get rid of the dead weight and train your employees how a McDonald’s is supposed to be ran efficiently. I don’t losing customers is a part of any business plan.

False advertising! I paid $5.79 instead of $2.99. When i asked they told me it’s $5.79 because the computer shows so. I used the app and it’s a Sunday like the ad says in order to get the deal. Is not for the two dollars, but it’s annoying that they do this and when i told them they didn’t care to fix it.

I am extremely upset with my visit, there was a man and a young lady there, both who did not have the best attitude. We asked the lady who took our order for buffalo sauce and she said “ I don’t think we have that” but when we got to the window we asked other guy for the sauce and he said they had it bud said we needed to pay 54cents. Mind you they only put one ranch in the bag. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. I attempt to visit on many occasions on different days because this is a 24 hour McDonald’s but anytime past 2 o’clock when I get off work, they never take my order, or they have a lame excuse not to. I will be contacting corporate.
