The food was fresh and hot and the employees were friendly and super helpful. They brought the food to our table and even asked if we needed anything else, then brought us condiments. They were even happy to do so. The manager was very friendly and doing a great job working with her team. I wish my local store had it together like they do.

I tried to go to the 3835 S Washington Ave, Titusville, FL 32780 location at 3am on 7/30/2023 and was refused service. I looked online before placing an order through the app to make sure they were open 24 hours. Placed my order, paid, and headed to the restaurant. I drove up to the order screen, was asked if I would be using my mobile app. I said that I had placed an order through the app and was ignored. I tried to go to the window and waited for a couple minutes but I didn’t see any workers. I tried to go through the drive through again and was told this time that they were not accepting any orders because they were short staffed. I told the worker that I had already placed my order and paid for it. She responded with “as long as I don’t pull up the order, it should go back on your card.” McDonald’s must have it good because they can afford to pay employees to simply refuse service to customers. If they are that short staffed at this location then they should change their hours of operation to reflect it. Personal opinion, no need to have employees in the building and on the clock if they are not going to do the job they are getting paid to do. I’m sure the franchise owners don’t want to pay people to do nothing but refuse service.

I now work here and love it. The lobby was under construction last week, but it is open again. New walls, tile, an area at front counter was added for mobile pick ups, door dash and Uber eats. We still take out mobile orders when necessary. Booth seats and bar stools are also being done.

I don’t understand why I can’t just get something easy for dinner after a long day. I ordered a number 4b with no pickles and I get a sandwich with zero breading, almost zero spicy sauce and a chicken I can’t even bite through.

I was unable to catch the name of the cashier and manager- but during the evening rush on July 21st, McDonald’s was packed. I placed my order and received it fast given how many orders were ahead of me. The manager was clearly busy but took the time out of their day to make sure each and every guest was happy, even remaking a chicken sandwich to add cheese. The cashier was a young man who never stopped moving, and probably ran about five orders curbside in the time I was there. Everyone in the back was also working extremely hard and I appreciated the service.

Please hire a new night staff, I have NEVER gotten an order right from this place after 9pm. Just went through and got the 40 nuggets with fries deal and paid full price for 20 nuggets and two half full large fries. And every time I go through for a burger or anything with onions I ask for them without because I’m ALLERGIC. And every single time there’s still onions. Not to mention how rude and quick to rush your order these people are. This place is a nightmare .

Workers are rude and act like you are bothering them by being there and wanting to order food and heaven forbid you ask for some thing like sweet and sour sauce or ketchup because they then put there real fd up attitudes to work. Prices have gone through the roof and the food is good when they do there job in the correct and time efficient manner. Large fries are over 4.25 w tax. Cheapest drink is almost two dollars which is children size and is so small if you want anything to drink you have to forget about getting any ice with your maybe 10 oz of liquid. And then you will always have to ask for a top or straw because they are never stocked properly in which once again they take this time to remind you that it’s there job to make sure you feel completely uncomfortable and unwanted and have a horrible day now don’t come back ya hear

The workers need education on how to be professional, they are so rude in the middle of the night when their systems are down. I expect more of a response than “are you using your mobile app? No? Then we are not taking orders” and when i asked why they were not taking orders i dont need an attitude and a repeat of “not taking orders” im not deaf… The fries are usually cold and burnt, ill be going up to the other mcdonald in town they are so much better AND more polite.
