This place is dirty and they are mainly understaffed at night. Only go during the day if you’re expecting great service and fresh food. They did not even fill up my large fry and he left the window and never came back.

I had an extreamly horrible experience after having my service refused.
At the pay window i was chatting with the cashier and yelled to someones attention that we knew working that passed in the window. At the time i was looking for my card to pay with when i noticed i did not have it. So i told the cashier i would run across the street to get it and come right back in which he understood and stated that was not a problem.
When i returned an employee I believe was the manager who was previously there giving is the evil eye was now at the pay window and told us that she cancelled our order and she will not take our order and have a good day. She then closed the window.
She refused our service because we were “loud and holding up the line”
She would not speak with us and no one would give us her information. She also attempted to hide her name tag. To refuse service and say that we were loud and holding up the line is outrageous. To not give the common courtesy of a proper and reasonable explanation any human deserves is outrageous working in a place of hospitality with a manager title. Her demeanor was rude and very audacious and when she closed the window with a very nice nasty sarcastic have a nice day i was utterly confused of how someone like this could be an employee let alone a manager at this fairly new renovated McDonalds. Ive never had such a disgusting experience at McDonalds my entire life. This lady should not be able to speak to customers in this manner and refuse service for such reasons.
Also i go to this mcdonalds often and they are extreamly slow, always out of something, and have an attitude about fixing your order.

This location gets 2 stars from Sheriff Dave of the Fry Police. The taste of everything was fine however, once again they are cheap with the fries. This one wasn’t even close. I would say it was maybe filled halfway.
Got the meal through the drive thru, too hard to return and let management know. This is a recurring issue that they should be monitoring unless it’s now their policy to not fill the container.

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to… Waited 10 minutes for one double cheeseburger and fries… ORDER WAS COLD WHEN I RECEIVED IT….Managers are always rude saying you can’t get things when they are available… They just don’t feel like making it…Ordered off the mobile app a simple frappe and once I arrived to the restaurant I was told it wasn’t available when it was on the app… Was also told I cannot get a refund???…The drive thru employees also tend to have an attitude while your ordering…. If you want FAST FOOD go to another location…

I just want to give a shout out to the McDonald’s on 1st Street in Sanford, what a pleasure it is going there!! Everyone is so on the ball, have great attitudes and I can’t express how important that is first thing in the morning, to be greated with a smile, quick service and overall just a great experience!! Stopped in for the first time in just over a year, highly disappointed. Took over 20 minutes to get good, and that’s only because I got up to ask. When I did receive our food, we were missing a burger, which I had to wait for.
The area was relatively clean, but the lobby was filling up with upset customers that were waiting for food for almost 30 minutes, and other people that smelled like weed who didn’t even order food, just there to hang out. My family wanted eat quick and get out.
Overall, we wouldn’t visit this establishment again, especially for the money new spent, it’s renovated where they separate the employees with the customers, and trying to get their attention for something takes almost 3-5 minutes which is ridiculous. Waist is time, and service wasn’t great, a long with the sketchy area.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to…..Every-time I order food here I’m always told to pull to the side and I’m waiting 15 minutes for one little thing…. The managers there are definitely beyond rude and clearly don’t pay attention to they’re workers, the managers themselves aren’t even working or helping out… if they were I would have to pull around every damn time for a small fry….. This whole McDonald’s needs to be SHUT DOWN till they get it together in there. That’s definitely NOT customer service and they are working for a check that’s it…. They also can never take the orders correctly something is always missing or they didn’t ring it up, always upset because we’re reminding them of things they forgot to put in the bag from our order. I can go on and on about this place.

I’m so sick of this place. You order online and say pick up in drive through but then every single time they make you pull up to a numbered spot. Every single time. Then it’s at least 15 minutes! I’m not ordering anything complicated. Medium fries, hamburger and 6 piece nugget. No other McDonald’s runs this way.
