I ordered happy meal hamburger for my son, which I want no pickles or onion but add cheese as usual. But they gave me only cheese and sauce in the burger, NO MEAT inside. When my son told me, I couldn’t believe that’s true. So I have to take a picture of it when I stopped driving. Never ever order from this store any more. They put double fries instead of apple slices, which I didn’t require for. How could them mess up this simple meal??

service was above average but slow as expected with drive through always being priority, but we are glad this location hasn’t succumbed to the horrendous remodels that many others have gone through
On another side note, found my food to be quite hilarious as it resembles a schlong and some balls. Yes that was counted as 1 mcCrispy strip

Whoever wraps the sausage burritos so they rip open every time needs to be fired. Who wraps a burrito and then folds paper inside so it purposely sticks and rips apart the whole burrito… Common sense…

They are NOT open 24 hours, despite claiming to! I’m writing on behalf of my partner’s experiences. My boyfriend will get off of work late and sometimes he will stop at this McDonald’s on his way home. It is rare that they will say they are open, even though the location hours are set to 24/7. He often arrives around 10 or 11 PM, not even past midnight. They will tell him they are only taking online orders. They have told him this so much, he now just places the order ahead of time. But sometimes, like today, they won’t even honor the mobile order! The mobile order went through without issues. When he got to the window, they said he’d be refunded. Why are they allowed to just arbitrarily close whenever they want to? Are they getting paid to just stand there and tell people they’re closed? And if they’re not accepting orders even online/through the app, there should be a way to pause orders for the night so the order can’t go through! Having so many customers disappointed on a routine basis and having to perform refunds is not efficient. I honestly don’t know why he keeps going back to this location, I certainly wouldn’t. Especially if it’s 50/50 on if I’ll have a good experience after a long shift. I’d recommend going to the Wawa across the street if you decide to go when it’s dark out.

Here we are at another McDonald’s. I went back and forth on this one because they did very well in some aspects but not so well in others.
Let’s start with the good. The mobile order was placed in the parking lot and I only waited about 90 seconds inside to get my food. The fries were cooked nicely and salted perfectly. The double cheeseburger also had a great taste, was hot and the cheese that made it on the burger was melted nicely.
Now for the bad. Sheriff Dave of the Fry Police had to issue a ticket. Not the worst I’ve seen but again not full. I probably could have fit them in a small bag and that would have been properly filled. The double cheeseburger looked like it was put together by throwing the cheese. Really, how hard is it to place slices of cheese correctly on a burger?
Overall just fair, I’ll give them another try in a few weeks.

Sheriff Dave issues another citation and removed a few stars. The large fries was half full (see pic). I’m going to keep calling it out until corporate starts doing quality checks. Obviously they don’t care.
The drive thru is now useless. Every car was being asked to park. If we wanted to do curbside pickup, we would have chosen that option. Instead you wait to give your code to the speaker in drive thru and then just asked to park. If you can’t operate efficiently for a drive thru, then close it down. I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries, waited 7 min after being asked to pull forward and park. Every car behind me was asked to do the same, by the time I finally got my food (and just half the fries at that), all but one curbside spot plus the drive thru spots were all full. If someone has a huge order and it will clog up the drive thru then fine, park them. But asking everyone because your system is not efficient?
On the plus side, the lady who brought out the food was very nice and pleasant.

Do not order through the app at night even though the app allows you to order. You will be told they are CLOSED. (Call first) Even though there’s no notices or signs stating they are closed while the app tells you that the location is 24hrs. You are told to wait 24hrs for a refund. Especially DO NOT choose pickup at counter. It won’t allow you to cancel the order at all or change pickup options so that you can cancel it. This is a HUGE INCONVENIENCE! What if someone uses their last on food and they are told they have to wait 24hrs for a refund….

This McDonald’s despite being 24 hours is never open. if they are open, it’s rare that they are not only accept mobile orders. The app allows you to place a mobile order but yet when you arrive they are always “closed”, place a mobile order you get to the drive-through and the employees come on the mic to say “we’re currently closed”. How are you going to be currently closed if you’re 24 hour location? no signage, no nothing. The workers just block the doors with trash cans. They leave the menu boards on and just say that they’re currently closed. I don’t understand how this McDonald’s stays in business and if you are lucky enough to get there when they are open, you burden them by ordering your food. It is the most unpleasant experience I have ever had and I truly do not understand how the location remains operational. .

I don’t think I have ever been able to successfully get food out of this restaurant past like 11:00pm. Today 10/20 I showed up at 12;30am and sat until 12:45 and neither drive through line moved once. I purposefully drive to the McDonald’s in lake mary over this one because it seems genuinely impossible to eat here after the clock strikes 11. Don’t waste your time like me and go to another location. This has happened to me 5+ times now. Complete inept employees costing whoever owns this franchise all their business.

I think it’s very disrespectful that the drive thru lady said “oh my lord” when my aunt nicely told her that she can’t grab the drink tray because she has a arm injury so she can’t reach that far and she mumbled under her breath “oh my lord” and when she was caught she just went you have a nice day and closed the window.
