I have visited this McDonald’s location more than four times and have consistently noticed issues with food quality and storage practices. When ordering a Triple Cheeseburger, the cook-to-order bell is activated; however, the proper procedure does not appear to be followed. Instead of preparing fresh meat, the staff often uses meat that seems overly dry and has likely been sitting on the tray for an extended period.
I would appreciate attention to proper food handling and preparation procedures to ensure better quality and freshness.

It was cooked fine, but when I order light mayonnaise and extra lettuce I don’t expect there to be light lettuce and extra mayonnaise on both sides.

A bit of a late review, but I was greeted with very friendly and enthusiastic service. Having worked in fast food before, I know it can be hard to muster. I was greeted by I believe his name was Baulderic in the drive through and a lady towards the front, wanted to shout them out. 🙂

I have stopped by this location multiple times since it is one of the few places that are “open” when I go to work at 530am and have been told in the drive thru that the person is alone and can’t take my order and then this morning I tried it again and was told that he was alone and can’t take my order. He can only fill door dash orders …. Suggestion: Either not say you are open or maybe if understaffed don’t take door dash orders. Let’s service the customers that are in front of you

This is by far the worst McDonalds in the area You can easily sit in the drive thru on a Sunday afternoon for 25 minutes without moving. I finally just drove away and brought business elsewhere.

This McDonald’s is an absolute joke, can’t keep an employee, so they have to constantly hire new people. Then they don’t train them correctly so they can’t even do their job right. Unbelievable and something needs changed. Sat in the drive thru line while multiple cars pulled into the other lane and got taken care of first, never did get my order taken after waiting god knows how long. Don’t waste your time here

I have tried to recitfy this with staff when I have returned to get the order corrected but to no avail as they do not seem to care. I have resorted to driving to a further McDonald’s if we want our order right.

I’m not sure what’s going on with the employees at this location, but there was a clear pricing issue with my order. A $6 McDouble meal and a $0.99 iced coffee with a coupon were somehow totaled as $11.
I tried to explain at the drive-thru window that the price was incorrect, but the employee insisted the total was right. This suggests either poor training, lack of oversight, or another issue that management needs to address. I don’t experience this problem at other McDonald’s locations.
In the end, I had to cancel my order and lost my lunch break because the error wasn’t acknowledged or corrected.

Restroom is intentionally out of order every single day. They don’t want to clean the bathroom that’s why it’s always out of order. They used to have the tea sitting out front. And now they must of took it in the back so if you wanna refill your tea, you have to ask every time. Just don’t think this place believes in water because they have no water in the from where the machine is nor do they sell water bottles it seems.. this have to be one of the craziest mcds I’ve seen thus far…. will not be coming back. You’ve been warned!!
