Gross. First they lost my order three seconds after I ordered. I ordered a steak bagel they gave me a dry, burnt bacon and a CRUNCHY bagel. It’s small, stale and the cheese isn’t melted. I only ate this crap because I could go to my usual cafe to eat real food this morning. Ten bucks. The same as my sit down restaurant. Gross never again. I also noticed other things. This isn’t New York

I recently went through the drive-thru to order food and redeem my reward points through the app. The app clearly allows you to use up to three rewards at a time, as long as each one is processed in a separate transaction. I fully understood that and had no issue with completing multiple transactions if needed.

Unfortunately, the store manager on duty chose to argue with me rather than handle the situation professionally. There was no need for the back-and-forth. Another manager stepped in and was able to process the rewards without any issue — exactly as the app allows — and I paid the difference for my fries. It was handled quickly and politely, which shows it could have been resolved smoothly from the start.

I understand that rules are rules, but customer service and professionalism matter. There are ways to communicate policies without being argumentative or dismissive. I didn’t mind whether I was able to use the rewards or not — What bothered me most was the attitude and unnecessary confrontation — even after I had completed my purchase and received my food. A supervisor still felt the need to add her two cents and continue the discussion, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. It wasn’t classy and did not reflect well on management.

I’m sharing this feedback simply as a heads up. Management sets the tone for the staff, and unfortunately, the interaction did not reflect a welcoming or professional environment, especially for families visiting with their kids.

They watered down my orange juice and lately the breakfast burritos have been coming out with solid hard tortillas. I literally have to pick apart half the tortilla to get rid of the hard parts.
If I can go into Walmart and Publix and not find any hard tortillas why do they think it’s ok to serve us some and charge us.

This McDonald’s is NEVER open from the hours of midnight and 4 am. How is that possible when the restaurant is supposed to be 24 hours? There are better McDonald’s around with better workers and managers. Close this store down.

Professional Beware/ Disability Discrimination and Accommodation Beware!!!
I visited this location with four students who had their own transactions and McDonald’s rewards. I decided it would be easier to place the orders inside of this location. The students attempted using the Kiosik to place their orders and wasn’t quite sure how it operated, how to redeem codes and because of learning disabilities it effected the understanding of using the Kiosk. At that time since I lacked knowledge of using a Kiosik and my own disabilities- I decided to place their orders at the counter.As I approached the counter to place the three orders with the students; a middle aged black female manager wearing a blue shirt approached the counter and stated, “We don’t take orders at the counter that I would need to use the kiosik.” I advised this manager that we had some intellectual disabilities. She laughed and rudely stated,”Again you need to use the Kiosik!” I replied, “Ma’am under the ADA act you must accommodate us.” She ignored me and called a crew member to assist to place the three orders. The crew member proceeded to the register to take our orders. Immediately, the same manager sees her crew member at the counter and shouts, “No Kiosik!” The crew member stated, “When did this start” as she scurried to the Kiosk.
While at the Kiosik the crew member proceeded to help place the three orders and became confused. “She stated, “I don’t even know how to use the Kiosik!” However, with due patience 10 mins later she was successfully able to place the orders. I informed the manager I would be reporting the lack of assistance and professionalism and took a picture of her since she refused to give me her name. Apparently, this upset her.
As we were leaving the store the same middle aged black manager proceeds from around the counter to the lobby and puts her middle finger up against the glass as we proceeded to our vehicle. This completely shocked me and the students were definitely in shock coming from who they referred to as the “boss!” I had to explain to the students that adults should not act in that manner or fashion. I pray no other customers are treated poorly because of any physical or intellectual impairments and I pray all customers are rather treated equally with dignity, equally and with respect.

I go in super regularly typically the morning crew there’s no issues. I’ve had two instances where high school kids that were working the register we’re making gestures in front of my kid that were absolutely unacceptable. Not only that every single time I go there they park me so they can manipulate their numbers and forget about me. It happened three times I’ve had to cancel my food on another instance and then try to give me the food and then I wanted refund because my son Higher risk if someone is sick The lady in the morning from the islands, beautiful person so is the Hispanic lady at the second window The little girl that had an attitude with me this morning I raised my music on purpose so you guys know I am there and you don’t forget about me again update 7/4 they 0 people in line just so they have good metrics they make you park even if nobody is in line physically it3/20/25 same thing they dont have drive through only curbside been here 15 min and nobody is in the drive thru 7:45 am The manager that works there is now aware that I will no longer be pulling forward for you guys as a convenience because I didn’t ask for curbside I asked for drive-through And as soon as I am finished, I’m going to give you the food back and ask for a refund To waste your time they dont offer drive thru only curbside to help the number 8/16waited 15 min again had 3 cars go by while my food sat on the counter i watched it until they can have a runner bring it out next time you ask me to park i will remain in the line im not joking either

Ordered a chicken big mac meal, med fry, and milkshake. All the Fries feel frozen, At least the Chicken big mac was room temperature. Sadly the only consumable item though. Delivery time was not long at all either, Not dashers fault. Drinks are perfect, Definitely getting my money back for these fries
