I order a quarter pounder double and ask to be cool to order and it wasn’t Even clóse to be fresh or Cook to order. I know.is a fast good but at least make an effort of cooking it the right temperature of the customer ask for it. Horrible

Best experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s in a long time. The manager Kaitlyn was kind and professional, the food was fresh, and the place was clean. The grinch meal was sold out, but Kaitlyn gave us leftover grinch salt for our fries, and it was SO GOOD!

I went through the drive thru today at this location and ordered a McChicken. I park outside and unwrap it to notice there’s a spicy chicken filet on there. It’s clearly orange with black pepper flakes and I did not order spicy nor do I like spicy. I go in to have them fix it and the manager looks at it and he tells me it was regular. I give him the benefit of the doubt and accept that maybe it was because I haven’t had a McChicken in years and I forgot what they look like. I bring it home to eat it and low and behold, it was actually super spicy. I wish I had trusted my gut.

This store was a disaster. This afternoon I went to buy two Strawberry & Cream Pies, and after waiting in my car for more than 20 minutes, I went back to the store and was told they weren’t available. They did refunded my money. Now I ordered the same thing, and when I got home, they put cockies in the bag instead my pies, and the Quarter Pounder was raw inside. I think the person in charge of the place has no leadership skills. There were about 15 employees, and something so simple was too much for them.

They were very rude when my drink was made wrong. Charged us extra cuz they don’t know how to make sweet tea! It was nasty and I was telling them to try it and the manager said absolutely not paid the little 30 cents for the sweetener (which ive never heard of or had to do before) with im sure a side of spit with the big deal they were making it to be.

Always have a horrible experience, especially in the drive through. Either they’re out of whatever I ordered and paid for, and/or I get parked for curbside even though I did a mobile order waaay before pulling in. The app gives me an option to do drive through or curbside. If I wanted to do curbside, I’d choose that one. One of the slower and more disorganized McDonalds in the area.

Do not go through the drive-thru and order from Deja! She does not know how to listen and take an order correctly and doesn’t know what’s on the menu, I ended up canceling my order all together for all of HER confusion. I see why this McDonald’s has such a low rating, I recommend going to another McDonald’s if you can!

This place honestly sucks the staff is to worried about arguing with each other than making people’s orders correctly. Everytime I come to this restaurant at this location something is always missing or wrong in my order it’s really not that hard to read a paper and put the correct order this place is a mess with staff honestly and the managers do nothing but yell at there employees for taking breaks apparently

They have been doing this for many times, intentionally and unintentionally, and they are making the courier wait for half an hour and 40 minutes for fast food.
