I’m not sure what happened to this place but it’s DISGUSTING!!! The food is gross , burnt to a crisp and inedible!!! Fries were dumped out in the bag as usual , cold and no salt !!! YUCK!! My dog wouldn’t even eat a cheeseburger!!!!

Holy hell they are slow. I thought it was just a coincidence the first time I came. The second (and last) time I came, it was the same thing. I had to wait in line FOREVER, just to get up to the window and have them to tell me to pull forward and wait some more. Then I have to get out of my car and ask just what in the hell is taking so long, for them to just hand me the bag. Fire the whole crew. LAZY, STUPID or BOTH! Then my fries were over cooked and unsalted. Tastes like the grease is never changed. Bring in the machines already!

I stop at this location almost every day around 5:30 am, before going to work. They always have one employee doing everything from the cash register to putting the food together and handing it out , causing long waits. Also to the guy working this morning, PLEASE!! Wear gloves before prepping peoples food and coffee . Hands all over my coffee lid after touching everything in the restaurant and handling money. Not cool man

Walked into a clean establishment with a problem and immediately was greeted by the manager Yvonne who promptly tended to me and inquired my problem with an order mistake. She assured me she would handle the situation with no problem and as swiftly as I came in was as swiftly as I left with a smile on my face! Thank you Fern Park team you guys are the best!!!

Clean McDonalds and the food is the best of any McDonalds I have been to. Actually impressed with this location, and I rarely say that about a McDonalds because I am not really a McDonalds fan. At least when I go to this one I know I can expect the food, service, and facility to be decent and that is all I can ask for from the world’s largest chain.

Fairly clean, food was pretty good definitely upheld the Golden Rule on the french fries quarter pounder with cheese small french fry no issues for some reason the experience was a lot better than my previous McDonald’s experiences good job! I give a Grade of A- May 26th 2024 parking lot is cleaned and maintained is also well.

You had better love every single menu item because ordering here is like playing the lottery , you never get the correct food . Then when you attempt to go inside you are met with attitude and rudeness for simply wanting what you paid for ! Avoid location !
