Went there and ordered curbside, waited there for about 10 minutes before the app tells me it’s ready and it was on the way, 20 minutes later and about five cars passing the drive-thru, no food and the order disappeared from the app so i couldn’t even cancel the order, tried to go inside and it was closed so into the drive-thru i went, i look towards the entrance and i see one of the employees letting in two guys, cool maybe they asked for backup, waited 30 minutes more to even get to the order screen to explain the issue, i was told to go ahead to the next window and they are preparing my order (didn’t they put in that my order was ready? Whatever) so i went to the first window, no employee, other cars ahead and behind me get sick of the wait and start leaving, and there i am, wishing i could do that at this point, i go to the second window and i see two of the employees and the two guys that were let in earlier talking with two of the employees as if there is no one waiting, laughing, yelling and one of them even vaping inside the building (unsure if the employees were vaping too only saw one of them), ONE OF THEM EVEN SAW US IN THE WINDOW AND KEPT YAPPING AWAY WITH THE TWO GUYS, meanwhile the drive-thru line was going AROUND THE BUILDING at this point and there they are just shooting the crap, i only saw the manager running to BOTH WINDOWS trying to get the orders out with one other employee, no sign of more, so literally HALF OF THEIR STAFF ARE WORKING, THE OTHER HALF IS JUST SCREWING AROUND, by the time the manager finally got to the second window to give me my food a little over an hour passed since ordering, finally i had my food, went home and sat on my couch to eat only to find out THE FRIES WERE SOGGY AND THE BURGER WAS LUKEWARM AT BEST, normally this location is good but this time, wow, my night was ruined and my appetite was destroyed

This McDonald’s was like most. The food is consistent. My burger was microwave warmed up and smooshed. But tasted OK. The service was consistent with McDonald’s. Not the best, not the worst. The drive-through was fast. In prices have gone up like everywhere else, but still affordable for lunch.

Fast food well not good I will never go here to eat again worse burgers burgers are not hard to make but they sure messed it up worse one yet I will tell everybody I know to not eat here. Ps just went there 8/13/2025 she said didn’t go through on my credit card so grabbed another card and she said went now I get to pay $38.00 for meal that was supposed to be 1955. Thanks a lot. I’ll never be going to this McDonald’s again.

Would deff give it zero stars if I could. Went through drive thru and had to wait at the window for nearly 22 mins to get food. Then to realize the food was made wrong. It was rung up correctly and the back of house just tossed together 2 sloppy sandwich’s. So I had to go inside then to show and explain to the manger that this is what I just waited 22 mins for. She was very nice and had then re-make the food but while inside the store the place is a mess!! Trash, fries, food, drinks, looks like whipped cream, splattered all over the floor through outt the lobby. Will deff not recommend this place to anyone and I deff won’t be back!

I fully understand that it’s likely on me to double check, but when the line is pure chaos with zero rhyme or reason and you’re on a time crunch watching the clock fly by you can’t exactly be expected to micromanage. In any case, half my order is missing and I’m completely over the garbage service at this location because it isn’t the first time. It’s not even the third or fourth. Again, I get that it’s probably something I should address in the moment, but even finding yourself in the drive thru line it’s already likely a very desperate time. Thanks for screwing up my order, yet again. And thanks for the 3 1/2 French fries and 2 apple slices! You won’t find me making that mistake anymore.

Unfortunately, this location doesn’t know what “Sugar Free Iced coffee” is.
2 times 2 seperate days I have ordered the same sugar free iced coffee and end up getting a regual iced coffee with extra pumps. Its insanely sweet of a drink, and not really what i wanted.

We had ice cream cones, and double cheese burger meal. It was hot and fresh. We did drive thru and it didn’t take to long. Price was fair. Staff was nice and even chuckled at my mom’s lame joke lol.
