We arrived at 4:54 and placed our order on the app. At 5:08 we were notified our order was on the way to our table. At 5:13 I went to the counter to find out where our order was. The employee were talking to one another in the back and laughing loudly. I could see the girl at the laughing with the guy at the fryer. I had to say excuse me loudly to be heard over the laughing and shouting in the kitchen. When I finally got a person’s attention she said she would check on it. A minute later our order was brought out. I asked about the notification on my phone almost 10 minutes earlier that our order was complete and on the way to our table. She said they were waiting on the fries to cook and left. The fries were stone cold. The condiments were not stocked so we still had to wait for salt. My 3 year old grandson got the happy meal and it had the same toy he got last week. He went to ask for a different toy and salt. I heard the girl tell him that was the only toy and they were all the same. He waited for the salt but no one came back. I went to the counter trying to get someone’s attention again. It took several minutes because of all the laughing and shouting in the kitchen. Eventually I got my grandson a new toy and some salt. At this point it was 5:30 and our entire meal was cold. I am changing my review to reflect the poor service and food quality at this restaurant. When we arrived there were black curly hairs all over the table and none were clean. One looked like it was wiped down with dirty water. I originally gave this location a 5 star review and brought the grandkids here every Friday until service got bad.

When this restaurant first opened it was great. We came several time a week and brought the grandkids every Friday after school. They don’t even want to come anymore.
We have stopped coming to this location except when we are right in the area. Our last three orders have been totally messed up or missing items. It really seams people here just stopped caring about the restaurant and the community.

Really enjoying this location. What a huge improvement over the old Bank of America building that was vacant for years. Now there is a nice McDonald’s beautifully landscaped that makes at least this side of the intersection more attractive.
We ordered now the second time at this location on the phone app. It took a little while longer this Friday over last Friday but there was a huge line in the drive through.
Previous Review was 5 stars across the board.
The restaurant and bathroom was clean.
Our order was exactly as ordered and was hot and fresh. The fries were perfect golden brown, crispy, and light. The Double Quarter-pounder was hot and juicy. We stayed and ordered ice cream and they gave us a coupon for a free large fry.

Ordered a Big Mac meal & chicken sandwich $5 meal and even rounded up for the charity. Get home and have a 10 piece nugget and fish o filet. Tried calling the store no answer. I go in the mornings & everything is correct and fresh. Go at night and its always a gamble. Do better!!

I ordered from the breakfast menu online & went to pick up my food with 3 children. Was greeted abruptly & told it was too late for breakfast. When I asked for a why I was not notified the meal I already paid for had been cancelled & was told breakfast was done & I could expect a refund in 24-48 hours. Today is a bank holiday so it probably will be 72 hours before I receive my refund. I spent time & money & gas & was left with no breakfast for my kids. I asked several times to speak with the manager (5x) & she refused to say her name & pointed to her hat. What kind of manager acts like this to customers?? I would like the owner of this franchise to know people like Lainey who represent your store are affecting your profit margin & as a regular customer I expect an apology & compensation for my time. Lainey you need to learn how to treat people with dignity & respect.

This is a fairly new McDonald’s. At first, it was very slow , so I went to the other one by Walmart. It was much faster but the food seemed cold. So they’re probably faster because the food is sitting around. I have been getting a receipt and doing the survey to get a free sandwich. So I tried going back to this one, and everyone seems friendly, with no excessive waiting if at all. The order is accurate and very warm every time.

I broke my son’s chicken nuggets into pieces and saw something black inside one of the pieces after he had eaten a few already. Looked closely and it was HALF of a BUG of some sort. Just the back half. Never found the other half and I’m so disgusted. I absolutely will never be eating here again…

so i came for lunch right after breakfast ended, I was behind the car, that left that bad review below (Deb), as soon as the cashier told them breakfast ended, they started cursing at her and getting loud, that poor girl did nothing wrong.

Worst location the one on Deltona is better. I ordered a spicy Mc crispy deluxe combo and when I got my food, it was cold. The sandwich had no lettuce. They gave me the wrong drink and my medium fry was half filled and cold. Also no straw because who needs straws. $20 plus tip for my driver wasted.

I previously gave a very generous 3 stars. This time, I got a Filet-o-fish sandwich, requested with no sauce and added pickles. The photo shows what I got: half a slice of cheese thrown halfway on the bun and two sad pickle chips. The bun was chewy and difficult to bite through. $8.29 for that and a small fry. I gave one star for service, as well as food, because it isn’t good service to give a customer food like this. McDonald’s, you’re falling flat on your face! SMH

This is the worst McDonald’s you can ever go to in the entire world. I have been to McDonald’s in the US, France and England. We (US) should be embarrassed. The food was cold, never even microwaved, the people there didn’t say hi thank you goodbye, nothing. Whoever owns this franchise will never get my money. Look at how disgusting this food looks. I feel for the animals that sacrificed themselves for such a disgusting, dirty place where the food ends up in the garbage. I want to post my pictures of the food I got today, but don’t see the option. I wouldn’t want to see it either.

Just got home, got a fish sandwich meal. The bun was so hard I could barely take a bite. I actually threw away the bottom of the bun, could not bite through it. So hard and stale. This is the second time this has happened. This will be my last trip to this McDonald’s, the one on Doyle at the racetrack is always good, but this one, horrible.
