I was waiting forever and the manager called the cops on me. Apparently she didn’t like the fact that I took these photos. The manager was wearing one glove while cooking everyone’s food. Nasty! Left with out my order. Went to Wendy’s 2.2miles away and got taken care of.

Had trouble with the app at the kiosk to order and went to the counter. The cashier instead of welcoming us, tells us to go to the kiosk and order. After order was completed, some of the items we ordered weren’t in the bags, when we take a look at the receipt she didn’t even put them on the order and was arging with us saying they were on the bags. Over 10 people behind the counter and an empty salon, all floor with trash, dirty tables and not a single of them could go and clean. First time coming inside this place and last time.

I just went to get food for my girlfriend and I on Aug 30 2023 around 5:50PM. Reason I state the time is because who ever was the male bald manager was extremely disrespectful to their wonderful employee at the payment window and in extension rude to me when I at the time didn’t even know what the problem was or that there was an issue to begin with. Long story short from what I gathered I girl believed I paid for the wrong order so she double checked with her manager to ensure if it was done correctly and that I didn’t pay for the wrong order (it was correct I did pay for the correct order) but she reached out to her management for help (which is the right thing to do) the manager verbally attacked her for a simple question and then snapped at me asking if im BLAKE I don’t care he was rude to me but I can’t stand poor management. I understand they don’t get paid enough for what they have to deal with but there shouldn’t be a dollar value to be a decent human being. There’s never a reason to take out your issues on someone. Like the saying goes “if you can’t handle the heat get out of the kitchen”.Toxic Management to a team I always have a wonderful experience with. Do better.

This store is located on Doyle Rd at I-4 in Deltona. They just remodeled it. However, they must not want you to stay long. The dining room is sterile with a big blank wall and a bunch of small stools. They do have a row of booths in the back. They only have one register at the front counter and about 6 self order stations. Obviously pushing you to do your own ordering. The manager was taking orders and then just walked away leaving 3 customers standing there. Another cashier did show up several minutes later. They have removed the self serve drink station and raised the prices on drinks so their profits should sore. Overall I don’t think they did themselves any favors. I’ll be back but only because its convenient and I’ll use the drive thru.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s, because it’s literally two streets from my house, it is always bad service. I try to avoid going there at all cost, sometimes I’m in quite a bit of a rush. The people are rude, the fries are always cold, one time I ordered an iced coffee told me to pull up and wait. I waited for about 10 minutes. I watched several cars get food and coffee this morning. I had to get out of my car and remind them that I needed the coffee at which point manager brought me my coffee and said it’s not his fault we are really backed up. I may have believed that if I didn’t watch 5 to 7 cars, food and coffee all while I was waiting for one iced coffee.

I was parked and still got old fries. When i pulled back up to the window to ask for fresh fries, i was told to park again. I told him i didn’t want to park again, and he gave me this weird look and asked me again to park. I told him again no ill wait right here and literally 20seconds later, they had my fries. This is a big problem with this parking car mess McDonald’s has been doing to customers.

Right on menu says if we don’t ask for McDonald’s rewards you get free cookie. I got to window an asked for my free cookie and manager refused to give me one. Told me they don’t do that anymore. I explained that what was on menu in drive thru said. I got we don’t do that. Wow!!!!!!!
