Stopped at my local McDonald’s to order a quick snack. Both cashiers I encountered were extremely pleasant but I asked for an ice water at the second window and it seemed the cashier was instructed by the manager to charge me. I work in the service industry so I found this extremely odd as I just paid for an order, but said I didn’t mind paying for it. Then the cashier (extremely nice) told me it was going to be $2.99… I then changed my mind because I I honestly couldn’t fathom why I was being charged $3 for tap water. I’m not opposed to paying for an ice water but come on. If I am correct and it was the manager that instructed the cashier to charge for the ice water to a customer that just paid for an order I would consider a change in management. If it’s company policy then okay but I’ve NEVER been charged for an ice water at any other establishment and this only leaves paying customers with negative outlook at their local Mickey D’s. But I guess the staff must be treated well because I was extremely happy with their customer service.

MY CONPLAINT IS ABOUT YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER. I was only asking what I could do for the next time and if there was anything we could do regarding the situation such as switching out the size because the app isn’t reflecting when you are out of monopoly pieces for why appears to be available. If nothing else that’s what I was telling you all. From what I have seen to be available consistently on the monopoly menu in the app at this location, it appears you have to get the large sizes to get them. The arguing instead of addressing his poor behavior is why we are here. I called and talked to your manager upon returning to work tonight October 27, 2025 between 7:30pm- 7:3pm. The manager on duty appeared to be about 5’6 with glasses, Caucasian w/ braids. I had just been trying to ensure that I wasn’t asking for a full refund but after his bickering/unprofessional conduct which he started, I did return and ask for a full refund. You don’t talk to people like that and especially not unsolicited. That was unacceptable. I had wanted to change the size. I would appreciate if this behavior was addressed promptly.

Just had one of the most condescending and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had with a staff anywhere. The attitude and lack of basic courtesy were genuinely infuriating. We were simply trying to pick up a mobile order—there was absolutely no reason for the hostility we were met with. Pathetic service. They need a corporate audit ASAP.

Bring extra clothes when you buy from drive through!! Bought a frappe… lid was not on… went all over my shirt.. then the soda… not good had to go back again to exchange soda that was mostly seltzer.

Beware… check those lids and soda before you leave pick up window.

When ordering at the kiosk at 9 in the morning when grabbing my order a young short hair employee handed me my food and said “bruh” nothing more just bruh. When grabbing my second order a very nice employee told me to have a good day. Props to the second person.

Nice fun awesome no I’m joking. Why do you think I was rated so low? I don’t really like it atmosphere is not that they don’t have a play place for my kid. It’s just not a cool place. I do not recommend.

I’m a door dasher, and every time I’ve ever had to pick up food from this McDonald’s location I’ve been treated with the worst service I’ve ever seen, coming from someone who’s only ever worked in retail and food service. Workers act like since there are self serve ordering machines, they don’t have to acknowledge any customers existence up front and I’ve repeatedly stood for more than twenty minutes at a time waiting to be helped when the order I’m waiting on is sat finished, the workers just couldn’t be bothered to ask what I need. I’m not writing all this just to complain, I’m actually leaving this review because today when dashing I had my first positive experience in the restaurant. Reese, whom I haven’t seen before, was very attentive and quick to getting my order and sending me on my way. Someone promote Reese cause she’s the only one who knows how to do her job, and she does it damn well.

So I get a double filet fish meal every Saturday on my way to work tonight I got one with a tiny bit of tarter sauce I asked for more they said that’s what it comes with extra is 40 cent. I paid in the app and I had no cash/ change. I said every other time I get this it is more sauce it’s a double meat with a pinch of sauce and is dry. They refused so I asked for my money back but they needed the card I used online and of course I don’t have it cause it’s in my trunk in my bag. So I took the food and left I tried to eat it but the sandwich was so dry and plain I could only eat a little. But my Fry’s and pie was great. I will no longer be ordering from here as this was my place to stop on Saturday as treat. They could have just given me the tarter I asked for 1 sweet/sour sauce they gave me two. But couldn’t give me tarter..

This is one of the newer locations that you the kiosk to and pay either with card and now automatic register next to the order screens so you don’t have a front counter register worker at this location unless high volume traffic occurs.

This had to have been the place that got held up over a cookie. Their attitude always sucks, and they take things personally. Trash.

This location isn’t a part of the rewards program, like everyone else. They also don’t like giving Pup cups, like everyone else. The lady at the window gave attitude and said she doesn’t like dogs. She had to get her manager, then told me I’d pay next time. Psh. We’ll see.
