This is a McDonald’s, so not super high expectations. The restaurant was very clean, the workers were very nice. Like most McDonald’s, they have remodeled and have very little seating now. Drive through is a little small, no idea how bad it gets when busy. They still have the self fill drink station so bonus points for that still being there!
My order took a while (2 sausage McMuffins)and they weren’t very busy but it did come out hot. Not very put together well, and once the cheese is attached to the muffin you can’t just move it easily. Did it taste the same? Yes. Do I expect 5 star presentation? No. But let’s do a little better, it’s not rocket surgery . Sheriff Dave only gives a warning, no ticket since everything else was very good and an all girl scooter gang showed up for entertainment.

**1 Star – Serious Food Safety Issue**
I visited this McDonald’s location on 7/18/25 and received an undercooked burger along with the wrong order. The burger was clearly pink and raw in the middle, which poses a serious health risk.
When I returned to the restaurant to address this food safety issue, the staff refused to provide a refund and only offered to remake the food. Even when speaking with the manager Jin, I was denied a refund for what was clearly a food safety violation. The staff seemed inexperienced and did not take the undercooked meat seriously, which is concerning given the potential health consequences.
**Issues:**
One of the workers ( off the clock still in uniform was eating her food on top of the trash can)
– Received undercooked ground beef (major food safety violation)
– Wrong order provided
– Staff refused refund for unsafe food
– Poor customer service and unprofessional handling of the situation
– No acknowledgment of the seriousness of serving raw meat
**Food Safety Concern:** Undercooked ground beef can contain harmful bacteria like E. coli and salmonella. This is not just a minor mistake – it’s a potential health hazard that requires proper protocols and training.
I’ve contacted McDonald’s corporate to ensure this incident is properly documented and addressed. I hope management will invest in better training for their staff on both food safety and customer service.
**Recommendation:** Avoid this location until management addresses their food safety and customer service.

I just had such a terrible experience there. I was gonna order some food and there’s two guys working there and I heard one of them saying **Go somewhere else ** and I asked the other guy if he was saying that for real cuz I couldn’t believe it and i don’t know if he just didn’t want to answer me or anything like that cuz he didn’t say anything and after that I was still gonna order me some food cuz I was starving and the guy taking my order was giving attitude and I decided to cancel it cuz I didn’t know if they were gonna spit on it or anything. I’m Latino and idk if that is got something to do with what happened tonight.
I work for customers service and I would never treat my customer like that and I know it’s probably a part time job for them but I dont think you should be hiring people like that. If you don’t like your job just quit it though and like I said, that just happened tonight on March 1th 2026 around 9:20pm

Second time in a row our curbside order has been forgotten about and also missing food and customer service has been rude and/or non existent. The last 1.5 to 2 years this location has been excellent but recently, under new management, there has been a massive drop off . I’ll give a place a second chance but not interested in a third. Five guys is right down the road.

The service is really bad!
We encourage our daughter to talk with the service person which stand in front of the register. My daughter wants a honey cup, she queued up very politely, when it was her turn,she repeated“excuse me” and waved her hand a lot of times! But some service person passed her! Even nobody look at her!! When my husband walked in, the person responded right away!
I can’t believe this is the culture for McDonald!! Every kids likes McDonald but the service person really gave my daughter a hard time and bad experience!!

In a 30 minute time span, this McDonald’s messed up ( 5 ) times with me between getting my order wrong, fixed incorrectly “twice” and not giving me back my FULL refund and attempted to only give me half of my money back when I gave them ALL of my food. This place is scamming you and ripping you off. Check your order and receipt. They have also messed up my order about 4 / 5 times since beginning of Fall. You can also hear the employees shouting from inside McDonalds and into your car while in the drive thru. Talking about stuff people should not be listening to * inappropriate teenage crap and being super vulgar *. Stay at home and eat literally anything else. Saves you your time, patience and beats dealing with terrible service. I Will be following up if I don’t receive my complete refund. My order was around $24 and some how they have seemed to charge me $31 according to my bank account but have “fully refunded me” per their employees on staff tonight.
