Im not joking when i say that this was the worst fast food experience ive ever had, management threatening and cussing out coworkers, majority of the staff refusing to even look my direction, i placed a simple order and waited AN HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES. The owner came out and tried to tell me that i was only there 30 minutes. Not to mention my food being messed up twice before i got my correct order. And on top of it all, i opened my burger to find both buns sopping wet and clearly tampered with. Ridiculous and i hope this place gets shut down.

They are extremely kind at this location. I noticed that they had new transformer toys. The man taking my order was willing to check to make sure that I had a mixture of different ones since I ordered about five kids meals. Food was super good and everyone was friendly

The drive-thru was flowing good I would have given them a five-star but they were out of my sweet tea. Please keep your inventory up. I come to McDonald’s a lot just for the sweet tea.

My mom picked up my tea from y’all’s store and when I got my drink I seen white particles floating around so I was looking at my drink and found this big white thing at the bottom of it.

I had an amazing experience at this McDonald’s today! The new manager personally attended to me and was incredibly kind and helpful. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience at a McDonald’s before, and because of this, this location has instantly become my favorite. Thank you for making my visit so special!

Always horrible at night. The night workers don’t wanna work. Come late at night one of the following will happen:
A. They will not notice you because they’re not watching the drive thru caneras
B. They will ignore you in hopes of you getting tired and driving away
C. They will say that their system is down and tell you that you can wait for the system to come back up but the the wait will be 30 minutes
D. You will get food, but after waiting at the speaker for 10 minutes and then waiting another 10 minutes for them to give you your food.
Not much better during the daytime either. More than normal missing food (compared to other locations)
I have lived in Gainesville my whole life, so over the years I learned that this and the Newberry road McDonald’s locations are the worst ones to visit.
Both of the locations on University Ave are better, especially East University. Whoever is in charge of this location needs to bring this one up to par with the other locations, especially since this one is SUPPOSED to be 24/7, yet they miss out on tons of sales at night due to the reasons I mentioned above.

This McDonalds has consistently messed up my orders for years. I always forget about the slow/forgetful service after some time and am always reminded why I never come here.
Waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru after being told to pull to the third window for some chicken nuggets. They gave us free sauces… which was ketchup and not the sauces we ordered.
Years ago I once got an egg McMuffin with no egg.

I ordered two drinks, one hot and one iced. The iced drink came in about 5 minutes, but when I asked about the hot coffee, I was told it would be another minute.I ended up waiting 15 minutes before finally getting it. On top of that, I requested a cup holder and waited another 5 minutes until I gave up. When I drove around the store, I saw the employee who was supposed to bring the cup holder chatting with a coworker.
There were no other customers inside, so it clearly wasn’t because they were busy. I don’t mind if employees chat, but customer service should always come first. Unfortunately, this visit showed poor service and lack of urgency.

Today, after getting my order wrong..yet again. Big suprise. I finally go park to eat, and find a hair in my burger. Do better. The worst mcdonalds location there is. If I could give no stars I would.
