Ordered a Sausage and egg McMuffin this morning. The egg was obviously moldy, it was green in color!!! The odor was horrendous I almost threw up! I highly recommend staying clear of this place unless you want food poisoning!

Even if you get ONE SINGULAR MEAL they can’t handle it in the drive through and make you make and wait. What is the point in having a drive through at this location if EVERY TIME NO MATTER THE ORDER SIZE you people have me pull into a stall EVERY TIME. I got ONE sandwich TWO drinks and I’m having to wait 20 minutes. This is NOT OKAY!

Literally don’t know why I gave this place another chance!!! They are so rude, they rush you when you’re placing your order, they have such horrible attitudes, my order is never right absolutely never, they practically threw my catch-up at me through the window. I had to pick it up off the floorboard, And the pie that I ordered literally looks like it’s six months old. I got a strawberry cream pie and the cream was literally curdled. It was brown. I broke it in half just to see what it looked like on the inside. How does McDonald’s even stay in business anymore?

STORE:
Stopped by the McDonald’s In Gainesville and University Avenue across from the Wawa today. I haven’t been here in some years. The look is different now and the lobby has been upgraded. There are also 2 kiosks In the lobby. The store looking smell very clean. everything was organized.
FOOD:
I wanted breakfast and had the full McDonald’s breakfast The food was good and the biscuits were soft and moist. I had scrambled eggs, hash browns, three pancakes sausage, biscuit breakfast with the extra sausage biscuit. It also came with whipped butter and jam and syrup. Wow! such a great meal I remember the old days when I used to go to McDonald’s.☺
EMPLOYEES:
I observed an employee walking around wiping and cleaning tables and dumping trash cans her name was Anita. Maybe she was one of the primary reasons why the store was so clean. Anita seemed to be very focused on her job and did her work in a pleasant manner.
I was greeted by an employee named Carolyn. Carolyn is a great employee! From the beginning as I waited I watched her service the people in front of me in the line.
Carolyn was bright eyed and was smiling and eager to work and happy, she’s the type employee that you want at your job or place of business. Carolyn is type employee that greets your customers and will ensure a great experience and or do the best that she can do. Carolyn worked quickly ringing up items and was going back and forth getting things for various customers. It is clear that she had been trained well. I know that she will go far in anything that she does including McDonald’s! * IF YOU FREQUENT MCDONALD’S MY SUGGESTION WOULD BE COME BY THIS LOCATION AND COME SEE CAROLYN! SHE IS MY STAR EMPLOYEE OF THE WEEK! .

The service are slow and rude staff, too many non-paying costumers/homeless inside just talking occupying tables, dirty restroom. The ice cream machine it’s always broken, but it’s because no one wants to clean it. Poor management, I’ll never stop there again or at any McD’s, they’re all the same and overprice food.
