Just the most awful place to order from. This location is notorious for being the worst of all the McDonald’s in our area. I almost always have horrible experiences here. I’ve waited 30 minutes in store where I’ve repeatedly tried to get someone’s attention and they blatantly ignore you. Another guy was also getting ignored and all he needed was the milk they forgot in his kids meal. Just today, I placed a mobile order for breakfast. It was maybe 5 minutes before 10:30 (last I heard McDonalds was all day breakfast so I didnt think about it). Anyways, I places the order no longer than 6 minutes before arriving and they tell me they cannot fill my order because I have to be at the window by 10:30. The store was totally dead and they didn’t care that I wasn’t getting my food. I left with a 20$ pending charge still on my card!

Today is Tuesday April 8th at about 10:39 a.m. and I don’t appreciate this McDouble especially not after you had to pull forward to wait! We waited like 10 minutes for cold burgers that have nothing on them no ketchup no mustard no onion just pickle. And the burger is overcooked! And when I went back in there to get the correct Burger made they tried to act like I was delusional! When I got back out to the car I realized they gave me the same dry no topping pickle only basically crap!

This is probably the best McDonald’s I have ever stopped at. Weirdo me likes to stalk my refrigerator with hamburgers and cheeseburgers, just the basic ones, for snacks or when you’re starving I need to grab something quick. The burgers were hot, fresh with onions, ketchup and mustard than usual. I will continue to stop at this location when in the area.

I arrived at this location 12 PM and we waited an hour for our food. There were other people in the store, and drive through who had gotten their food before us when we arrived first. One guy had waited far too long and said that he was leaving and said that when his order came out that anyone could have it and left. The workers were very unorganized, there was a new worker and an older worker (woman) was using an inappropriate tone with him. In the pictures provided you can see the crowd of people waiting for their food. The older worker was yelling about the bun toaster and earlier yelled at a worker to put down the fry scooper. Before we had gotten our food we went up and overheard that they had made our food multiple times but we had never received it, so they were giving out our food to other people. Before we left a screaming match broke out with a worker and customer. I was in a rush and this is a “fast food restaurant”. Overall the whole experience was one of the worst that I have experienced in all McDonald’s restaurants. I get that it can be busy but I should not have waited an hour for my food. (Also look at the food it was crunchy and hard, and not the good crunchy) Last edit but one time I saw a roach in the bathroom.

June 3rd – Not been here for a year due to issues last time. Just collected 2 orders from the drive-thru. The only positive is that it wasn’t busy. We ordered a 10 piece box of nuggets (in a meal) and a 20 piece box of nuggets along with a 2nd meal. All the nuggets were stale, hard and cold. Its so frustrating to get old and cold food. Tried to call the store but the number advertised has been disconnected. It’s just so disrespectful to serve substandard food especially with it being as expensive as it is! Please do better, it isn’t hard.

Terrible service, had not tried this McDonald’s in a long while due to previous negative experiences sat in the drive through for over 25 minutes while they figured out how to do basic things. Decided to give them another shot but there was no improvement. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Im not one to complain much when it comes to restaurants, but this McDonald’s has some of the worst customer service of any around. Eveytime I come here there is always a problem. This time we went through the drive thru and set there for 5 minutes because no one ever came on the speaker. So we pull forward, to only catch the girl on her phone. Then she wants to say my truck won’t register because it’s too big. Which that is a lie because it’s never had a problem before. She was caught not doing her job and wants to blame my truck. Lol… It’s not just this time, but everytime, we have ever went here. Totally uncalled for

I’ve given this McDonald’s a try 6 or 7 times and unfortunately it has been a very disappointing experience. The wait is always long and they never seem to get my order right. I only get iced coffee and yet the flavors always wrong or they forget to stir or they don’t ring me up right. It’s a constant problem every time. I’ll sooner go to the Avalon location before I stop by this place again
